ZillowVERIFIEDI was a first time home buyer and contacted 8 realtors in the Hudson Valley and I found all of them unresponsive and slow. all offered no useful advise and trying to get a viewing when houses are on and off the market in weeks was like pulling teeth. Robin in by far the most responsive and professional real estate professional in the Hudson valley. She is very knowledgeable and responsive and you always get a reply. She provides full notes and advice on each property and being independent and not tied to an estate agent, so was always willing to show any house I had an interest in and not focus me on what is listed under an agent. We viewed numerous houses across Orange, Ulster Putnam and Dutchess counties with a days notice and as soon as something was on the market we would view it straight away. Any questions were answered ASAP with expert advise and she was always ahead of the game advising us on next steps right through our closing. Anyone who has experience of purchasing a home in the Hudson Valley with any sort of a budget will know how quick houses are selling and how painful the experience is with numerous realtors and estate agent. I know without Robins help and guidance it would not have happened for us. Everyone I worked with from my Attorney through to our inspection praised Robin for being organized and ahead of the game. For every home buying need (Lawyer, Home Inspector, etc...), Robin was able to provide contact information for professionals in the industry that she has a working relationship with. This was helpful because the referral was coming from a trusted source. Robin was prompt in answering phone calls/texts/emails and was flexible with regards to scheduling needs. She made herself available nights, weekends and holidays (and even helped us load our new kitchen cabinets into the unheated garage in the freezing cold weather!).
