Robin was great to work with, she has lots of experience and connections to inspectors or any other professionals necessary in the home buying process. After reviewing comps and inspection reports, Robin worked with me to put up a competitive offer that was in my best interest, not just a high offer that was sure to work out. After some back and forth, we were able to get a counter offer accepted that came in right at the appraisal value of the house.
