I couldnt be there to personally look at houses to buy one or to be there to sign any legal papers. I established wanting to be in "The Gables" neighborhood and at first I was going to build there. Robin was on top of all of that in going on site and sending many pictures and Face-timing videos. Then I decided to look at ready built houses for resale in that neighborhood. She notified me right away as soon as houses came on the market. A great one came up and she sent the info right after it came on the market. We wanted to use a small realty company. After reading Robins reviews, we called her. She worked so hard for us! Initially, weekends were the only time for us to come and view properties. ZillowVERIFIED My fiancee and I met Robin at an open house last summer when we were still many months out from purchasing a home. Even though we were ready to buy at that time, Robin took down our information and sent us listings of homes so we could be knowledgeable on the local market.We used an unconvential mortgage program called NACA for our loan which required additional training for the agent we chose. Robin went to the training and was willing to learn all the ins and outs of NACA. Once we found a home she was able to negotiate on needed repairs and was able to get us in a home that was within our budget. NACA required several inspections throughout the process and she was always willing to make time in her schedule to meet up with us for the inspections, even waiting when an inspector was late.After the sale Robin followed up to make sure everything was going well with the home. Robin is a tenacious professional and someone we now consider a friend. I would not hesitate to use her the next time we need a Realtor for either purchasing or selling a home.
