This was my first experience selling a home and the idea of it was very overwhelming to say the least. I was lucky enough to get in contact with Robin before committing to another agent and from the beginning, I knew she was going to make this process very easy. She contacted me right away and already had a plan in place to get my home ready to sell. She had any options for maximum exposure and I was very impressed. She listened to my concerns and gave her best advice, but ultimately allowed me to make my own decisions on selling the home. The house was listed and sold within 3 days for over the asking price and I thank Robin and her hard work and Real estate expertise for that.

She helped us every step of the way of selling our home to purchasing another and we felt that she really looked out for our best interests during the whole process. The patience that she had for our pickiness was extraordinary, as we had her show us at least 50 properties! Her communication was excellent. ZillowWhen we finally decided to jump feet first into the housing market we 1) didnt think we would find anything we loved right away 2) know anything about buying a house. We were referred to Robin by a family friend from a Realtor One office in Chesterfield. She was so personable, fun, and easy to talk to, she made sure to set the expectation that we may NOT find the perfect house right away and that we should give it 6 months if we weren't in a rush. We were okay with that and surprisingly it only took us a month! Robin was with us every step of the way and took all of our considerations to heart. Even when we ended up with a house full of projects she excitedly told us she couldnt wait for the end result. As first time home buyers we wanted someone who would go over all of details and we were so glad she was good at giving honest feedback on what she thought of all the houses, she was right there with us through every step of the process. ZillowRobin was referred to me by a friend who had used her to buy their house. She was always available when a house came up for sale that I wanted to look at. Robin was always very insightful and knowledgeable about what to look for in a house when doing walk through a and very helpful for guidance for offers. There were even periods of time where I took a break and she was always right there to check back up on me and get me out looking. ZillowRobin has a "client-first' philosophy and it definitely shows in how she handles business. I was very lucky to have worked with Robin twice (buying my home in 2010 and selling it in 2017). Robin knows her market very well. She's realistic but puts the clients' needs first. Robin met with my wife and I on numerous occasions to look at the property, offer suggestions, and quell any of our uncertainties among many other things. She also went out of her way to talk with us late at night on many occasions about the buying process in another state. To say that Robin went out of her to help us is a complete understatement! ZillowIf you want a straight shooter, high level communicator, and subject expert to help guide you through the process of purchasing/selling your home Robin IS YOUR REALTOR!Being in the industry myself and a first time home buyer I could never have asked for a better PARTNER to help GUIDE me and provide me SUPPORT through this incredibly emotionally driven process. Robin went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that I received the BEST deal (only brought my down payment to closing), did both her job and that of the sellers side (who were very unresponsive and lacked all sense of urgency) to get me to the closing table, and more importantly she was ALWAYS THERE to listen and talk no matter the day or time. My process took four long stressful months due to the poor lack of execution, urgency, and lack of communication from the seller's listing agent and pretty much all parties on that side of the transaction. Several times I wanted to back out and throw in the towel but fortunately Robin was always there to remind me of why I initially started the process [its huge for me that as busy as she is that she took the time to get to know me]and showed genuine care. I never felt pressured into buying something because she was always very honest about home conditions and never allowed me to get in a bad position financially. She kept me in check by ensuring that I stayed under my original target purchase price of 100k (although I was approved for over twice that amount).Robin on several occasions took time (hours 5+) out of her day to sit in front of the house I was purchasing to make sure DTE could have access to the property (something that should have been done by the listing agent). We had started working together last summer 2014 and when I had to post pone due to personal reasons she stayed in touch until I was ready again and was never upset because of the time she had spent. As a PROFESSIONAL myself I can tell you that you as a client will never be able to anticipate all the hurdles and questions you will have in relation to buying/selling a home and if you want PEACE OF MIND, someone to listen, guide you, and help you achieve your goal no one will do a better job than Robin.I am now a proud homeowner and achieved the American Dream Thanks Robin and I wish you all the best with your venture. ZillowRobin was vary helpful she went the extra mile for me on everything possible advised me that I could get a better mortgage rate and to change lenders and I also had a vary odd sititutation that her and my lender got me through I don't think that I would have been able to close my deal without robins knowledge and experience I would highly suggest her if you are ready to shop for a home

ZillowHello, my name is Laura and I'm a first-time home buyer. I am nearing the closing on our very first home and Ms. Guajardo has been our realtor for nearly seven months, working very hard to help us find the home that is perfect for us. I started out with another realtor through another company who took days to return calls, cancelled a showing very last minute (I was at the house!) and was very rude to me. A friend recommended Robin and I am so thankful that she did!Robin is hard working, she always gets back to me within 24 hours (usually within an hour or so, though). She has been very patient and dedicated. I unfortunately started out trying to buy a short sale. After waiting nearly seven months with no word from the seller, my boyfriend and I decided to move on. Robin has been very knowledgeable and recommended the very best for us. She knew all the steps to the short sale process when we started and was able to help us get out of it and find a different (and better!) house. She was very helpful and efficient in writing up the offer and helped us get a great deal. We are also doing an FHA/MSHDA loan which complicates things even more but again, she knows exactly what to do and how to handle it!I truly don't think we would've been able to find a home in our price range without the expertise and consideration of Robin. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone and if we ever buy a house again she will be the very first person I contact.
