A qualified agent will be able to show comparable properties, days on the market, and closed prices of properties similar to the subject home. Price the property properly in the beginning because otherwise your will be wasting valuable time in reaching your ultimate goal. Determine what your ultimate goal is and how quickly you want to see that fullfilled.
