Coming from Colorado, we didn't know the first thing about Realtors in New Hampshire. We found Robin through reviews just like this one. Robin is very professional and clear on outlining the process. I have purchased 9 buildings in my life and this was one of the easiest real estate buying experiences that I have had. For the record, I was the buyer and she was the selling agent. I felt she was very transparent about her role and was very honest during the negotiations. To be clear, she represented the "other guy" and I am very happy to give her a vote of confidence as the buyer because of the good job that she did managing the process. To that point, she even took care of little things like having someone take away junk that was accidently left in the back of a shed after the purchase.
