She got me an extremely high price for my old home, even though it needed significant repairs beforehand. She got us into our dream home without much adieu at all (and at a great rate, since she knew a great local lender!). She literally handheld me though the entire process of finding contractors that could do the work I needed to get my old house ready for sale as well.Robin was available almost 24/7 to answer any questions I needed. She seemed genuinely interested in my successes and hardships through the entire process. Her knowledge is nigh unsurpassed as well, and if she doesn't know something, well, she seems to know everyone that could possibly have an answer anyway (she knew a person who got me rock bottom prices on my home/auto insurance bundle!). Robin never says "you're on your own on that one", she gets the job done, even when it's not something that falls under her responsibility. The one thing that stood out to me is that she really looks out for her clients. She protected me in a few instances where I could have fell for something simple (while both selling and buying). Over the course of several months, she managed to find places that might work. She would find things immediately after they were listed and she made sure I got there in time to have an opportunity to apply. As one after the other rejected me, I got more and more depressed. Finally, after the third or fourth house that I expected to move into rejected me, and when I was honestly at the end of my rope, she showed me the house that finally worked. At that point, I assure you, I was not at all easy to deal with. I am sure I was very unpleasant. But she told me to get to this address promptly or else and I did what she said. I lived there for two years, which allowed me to set the reset button on my life and figure out how to live happily ever after. It took me a long time, but it was worth it. I am happier now than I have ever been. I have a new, really good job in my field, which is a highly specialized field that has very little demand. I wouldnt have been able to get here without this house and there is no way that I would have ever gotten into it if it werent for Robin. And, as if that wasnt enough, the day that I moved in, she posted on social media that I needed furniture and THAT NIGHT I had everything I needed. She has a thorough understanding of the fine print on home sale and rental contracts and was able to spot problems on the horizon and deal with them so that nothing disrupted our home sale and subsequent rental. Robin is also excellent at social media marketing. She worked with our home stagers to make our house look its best, then brought in her photographer to take our listing photos. The pictures were spectacular. The virtual tour that Robin devised had over 22,000 views in the first week. Robin is hard-working, ethical, and sets the standard for professionalism. I won't buy or sell another home without her.
