She sold our first home in Newark, CA in 7 days and we received over $100k over the asking price. She even had an open house (she held it open herself) on Easter!! Eight years later, she sold our Morgan Hill home in less than 10 days and we received $300k over our asking price! Robin handled EVERYTHING to make sure the houses were ready to get top dollar. Her stager, repair guys (or girls) and husband did amazing jobs and made my homes look 1000 (yes 1000) times better than before she put them on the market! One more thing about Robin. When it came time to buy and then sell a house I chose her as our agent because I've known her to be hard working person. It was a good choice. On the buy side Robin was very accommodating, showing us through more than 20 homes before we made a decision. When asked for an opinion she would provide it, but she always respected our needs and desires, searching for properties that matched our requirements.The closing process was boringly straight forward with Robin helping to line up all of the our requirements well in advance.On the sell side she tries to make it as painless as possible. She has lot's of trusted local contractors in her contacts, and gets multiple quotes for any work needed. Give her a house to sell and a (relatively small) budget for sales prep and she will take care of the rest. Thanks for a smooth ride on the real estate adventure Robin!Update (after selling old house):Robin acted as our agent for buying our new house and selling our old house. In our case selling the old house was much more work than buying the new one. We decided we would spruce up the old place to improve it's sale-ability. Robin went above and beyond the agent's role in helping us with this process. She handled: job quotes, tradesmen, gardeners, photographers and house stagers. She made the whole process smooth and worry free. The sales process went very well. The house was on the market for around a month (at a relatively slow time of the year). Robin ran a couple of open houses, found a qualified buyer, and the sale was closed sooner than my expectation. I don't anticipate moving for a while, but when I do I hope I can still use Robin as my agent.
