    We owned 20 acres of recreational property near Fabens Texas. We live in the Seattle, WA. area and we were no longer able to visit the property.We really needed to sell the property but due to it's remote location it was difficult to find also it could only be accessed by dirt roads.Because of these challenges many of the realtors in the area did not want to list it. Fortunately we found Roberto Martinez he gladly listed the lot and worked very hard until he found a buyer. I would describe Mr. Martinez as diligent and hard working. If you list your property with Roberto he will get it sold!
