ZillowVERIFIEDI can't say enough good things about Roberta. My husband and I acquired our investment property in 2023, and a year later, we bought our primary residence, both located in SW Florida. In both instances, it would not have been possible without Roberta, as she does everything in her power to facilitate the deal. She truly was a blessing throughout every step of each transaction and consistently went above and beyond for us. Her communication skills are exceptional. She is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Roberta assisted us in arranging home inspections for both properties and negotiated all issues that arose from the inspections. The journey with each purchase was quiet challenging, but thanks to Roberta's professionalism and commitment, we were able to achieve our dream on both occasions. We priced it well and Roberta staged the condo with furniture which really made a difference in helping us get it sold quickly. We referred her to a couple of our friends and, once again, she did a great job in getting both of their homes sold as well. We also referred her to another friend to help them find and purchase a home and she negotiated a great price for them! I couldnt think of a better Realtor to refer!!

ZillowVERIFIEDOur overall experience with Roberta was definitely a disappointment. Roberta was a nice bubbly person and as a person we thought she was wonderful. As an agent, we felt some things just werent up to par. Roberta did a great job at responding quickly. She helped stage our home with some of her own decorations. She did frequent open houses which is something most agent dont like to do. We did not feel Roberta brought any guidance to the table as far as strategy. We asked quite a few times for a strategy, however no plan for pricing and when to price drop etc was ever produced. There was no plan. We had to come up with it all on our own and consult another agent for guidance multiple times. We gave her $50k of wiggle room and told her whatever it takes to get it sold quickly, and the urgency and understanding just didnt seem to be there. We understood the market was challenging, however we just didnt feel she was able to adapt and navigate it. We did not feel Roberta was as seasoned as she presented. She did not have any experience with aEURoecontingent offersaEUR? and unfortunately our sale involved one. Verbiage was not worded as we wanted to protect ourselves on the contingency terms and she made no attempt to fix it when asked. Rather than say $10k deposit was non refundable after 2 weeks, it said the $10k was not refundable for the first 2 weeks. So essentially if they canceled after two weeks, they could have gotten their money back based on verbiage. Roberta did not stay on top of the buyers and monitor the sale as we requested. Our buyers kept us in the dark regarding the sale and I PERSONALLY had to call the buyers mortgage company and text their agent to get anywhere. We also made requests to make closing easier for us the buyers, however we felt Roberta was acting in favor of the sellers and not advocating for us who she was representing. We had an expensive home, and we just did not feel the high caliber needed to sell a premium home was provided.
