If you are buying in the Portland areaaEUR" than I dont have to tell you how difficult it is to get into a property immediately after its listed, and then get an offer drafted that day. She walked us through more than 40 homes over more than 2 years. She showed up each time within hours and just got things done so we could be the first offer submitted. She was so patient with usaEUR" but more than that she was radically honest about what she knew to be a good idea, and would tell us why we should NOT make an offer based on what she knew about us. More than once we based our decision on the advice of her, and we dont regret a single thing. Shes extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I cant recommend her enough. Her negotiating skills are terrific, and I say that as a lifelong real estate development lawyer.Each deal is different and requires different skills. She has them all. Many are mundane (where can I get rid of all of this junk) and some require creative skills I lack ( how do we stage this thing). She knows how to be an effective real estate concierge and recommend people who were reliable and economical in areas that I needed as part of each deal.
