ZillowVERIFIED23 August 2018 I had the pleasure of meeting Roberta Hurni when my mom was ready to list her home. It was very apparent from the get-go, that she was definitely the Person & Agent for this task. Roberta is extremely knowledgeable, congenial, warm hearted, and very honest. She was very clear, concise, and made the process as seamless as selling a home can be. She made sure my mom was apprised to what was taking place and always wanted her to have an understanding of what was going on. My favorite thing about her is; her soft spoken nature, she?s a delight to talk to, and she genuinely cares about people. I am so grateful we found her office the day we were out seeking a realtor. And, even if the house wouldn?t have sold (which it did), I feel fortunate that we met Roberta. Lisa R.

ZillowVERIFIED We are new to buying a house and wanted to avoid the hassles the current market created. Roberta made buying a house painless! She wanted to know what we wanted and showed us every house we asked to see and suggested others. She was always available to answer questions, and provide support. Her advice and assistance was priceless in our opinion. You will not find a realtor who will work harder or care more about you getting the house you can call home than Roberta.

ZillowVERIFIED I made a call to ask some question about selling our home and we were so blessed that Roberta was the one who answered our call that day. She made our unique selling and buying experience such a joy. She helped us feel like we were priority. She even helped us by hiring a cleaner due to some health issues I had during our selling/open house times. She is downright the best. We love her and would use her again a million times. We consider her a friend still today thanks to her outstanding friendliness and professionalism. You can?t go wrong with Roberta!

ZillowVERIFIED Roberta is the most professional attention to detail experienced and warm agent I?ve ever met. After just a few minutes with her my wife and I were so impressed with how she understood our needs and she developed a plan to sell our home moved into action mode and just flat out got the job done. 4 days and we had an offer. She is become a friend to us and a trusted counterpart . I would recommend Roberta for all your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Roberta is not only a great real estate agent, she is a wonderful person, too. She is very kind and patient. She was always available to show us a house or answer any questions we had (and we had a lot because we were new to Helena). She worked tirelessly to help us and we know she will do the same for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Roberta provided us with excellent customer service. It had been many years since we had gone through the home buying processes and were a bit nervous but Roberta was very helpful in directing us to a banker to help with financing. She paid attention to our wants and our budget and showed us property that met them. We look forward to working with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED I walked into Robertas office after having moved to Helena only a few days before. Within minutes, she nailed down several houses within my price range that I could see that same day. She was immediately responsive to any questions and concerns I had during my home search, and really went the extra mile to make sure that I found the right home. She is a genuinely kind and talented person who excels at her job, and I would highly recommend her to anyone trying to find a home in the area!

ZillowVERIFIED As we have contemplated putting our home on the market and buying another one. Roberta has gone out of her way for us. She did a free market analysis and has shown us several properties without any pressure to buy or sell. She is wonderful to work with and is quick to answer any questions we have. As soon as we are ready to make that big step, we know that we will be well taken care of! I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Roberta originally to help me buy my current home and was not going to list my last home with anyone...I ended up listing my home with Roberta and I am so glad I did all of it! She helped me understand the process on both sides and her knowledge and professionalism got us through every step of the way! I will continue to use her for all of my real estate needs and would gladly refer anyone I know to her for their needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Roberta helped us with a complicated sale and purchase. I know we werent her only client, but we always felt like we were. She was always quick to respond to any email, text, or phone call and to answer any questions we had no matter how trivial. Roberta made us feel more confident about the home selling and buying process because we had her on our side. Roberta continued to help us through the sale and purchase and even months later when we had questions. We would absolutely recommend Roberta for any real estate transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Roberta is so good that USAA recommended her to me! Even before I moved to Helena, she wanted to look for properties that I might like and continued to do that when I got here. She was always happy and eager to show me a property and put up with my pickiness and the struggle I was having to make both myself and my husband (out of town) happy. She was honest when I asked her questions and if she didnt know, shed find out and let me know and she had no problem sharing things she noticed or knew, so that I would know. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so! Roberta is also my friend now!

ZillowVERIFIED Roberta has stuck with us as we went through the ringers with the bank, rolling with the punches and making things work. She has provided great advice and has been very responsive to all forms of communication. She made me and my family very happy and at ease through a bumpy road.
