Bobby Young is absolutely a phenomenal agent to work with. We met Bobby back in 2015 when we purchase our first condo. Since then, we have purchase and sold many homes together. He is dedicated, honest and trustworthy. Whenever youre unsure of something or have any questions he is always available for phone calls, text, and emails. There was never any waiting around for him to respond. Recently, we asked Bobby to find us an investment property so we can do a quick flip. Considering the small budget he had to work with, we were very surprise when he found us a great property that was to our exact preference. His negotiation skills are excellent. His skills enabled us to get the price lowered significantly to account for the repairs and renovations we intended to make. If you choose Bobby as your realtor. You will never feel pressure to buy or except the first offer for a quick sale. Bobby is not only our long time realtor but he has also become a very good friend of ours.
