Founder Lyn Wise and Managing Partner Bob Wise work with every client directly, from the first conversation through closing.

Her relationships with other North Shore agents help her buyers find homes, sometimes before they come to market. Bob, with a corporate and legal background, handles much of the contract and inspection work.

Lyn has been licensed in Illinois since 2012 and full time since 2020, with Bob joining in 2023.
