ZillowVERIFIED Rob was amazing with helping us find a home for my family and a place for my mother in law. He was able to get us scheduled to see houses we liked really fast, and pointed out pros and cons of the places we were interested in. ZillowVERIFIED We have known Rob for several years now and to whom this may concern...if you want to utilize an excellent realtor in NW Arkansas, you MUST contact Rob Winkel. Needless to say as you all can see by our ratings, Rob is as good as it gets for being professional, compassionate, honest, courteous, detail oriented and highly knowledgeable regarding local listings. We have used his services from selling a home in Springdale AR and buying a home in Rogers. He recently helped us to sell and buy a home for my husbands mother and we just can't say enough about how he went above and beyond on the whole process. If there were more than 5 stars we would not hesitate to give him more!

ZillowVERIFIED Rob provided us with help in finding an excellent Real Estate Agent in Iowa to help sell our home prior to us starting our search in Arkansas for our new home. Rob was prepared to efficiently show us the home that would fit our needs in the timeframe we had. Rob knew exactly what we needed and we actually purchased the very first house he showed us!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had a fantastic experience working with Rob! This was our first experience buying a home, and he was patient and incredibly helpful, walking us through every step of the process. He was very communicative, honest, understood our taste, went at our pace, pointed out aspects of homes that we wouldn't notice, and was extremely helpful when it came time to make offers and negotiate. He even made the process more fun, and was always generous with his time. I would recommend Rob to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob and his son Jacob are an extremely effective team. From the initial meeting through closing, we gratefully experienced a seamless real estate transaction process. Within a day after listing, Rob presented multiple offers well above asking price! Rob is a knowledgeable professional. He provided support by preparing a comparative market analysis, capitalized on social media as well as a network of contacts to provide broad exposure to the property, kept us apprised at every stage, attended to every detail, offered valuable insights, and generated a closing net estimate sheet. We were most impressed with the personable-friendly approach, honesty, helpfulness, prompt responsiveness, high ethical standards, and genuine care shown.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob was very easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable. The things they did to sell my house were absolutely great, professional photography, open house. He also helped us find and purchase the house we moved to which was not easy in this market.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob walked my wife and I through the home buying process when we first began. He offered us tips on things to look for and even how to consider our purchase as an investment. He has helped us since the closing process and reaches out regularly to check on how we are settling in. I would recommend Rob with zero reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob is a master communicator. I have worked with other agents in the past, but I have never had this great of an experience. At every stage of the process Rob was very helpful and was always available for last second requests and was willing to answer any question. Even though I know he was working with others, I felt like a top priority. It was a great experience all around.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob worked diligently to find me the perfect home. When we started the journey of finding me a home, I was open to several locations. As we progressed through the process, I narrowed the search to one condominium complex. The availability was limited and homes were selling within days of listing - often above asking price. Rob helped me understand that a cash offer would be my best option. As the holidays approached, Rob sent a card to each owner in the complex letting them know that he had a client planning to retire who was very interested in purchasing a home in their community. Shortly after the letter was sent, we were able to see two homes before they were placed on the MLS. Today, I am in my desired neighborhood with the perfect home. I appreciate Rob and Jacob and the professionalism demonstrated throughout the purchase process. If you are planning to purchase a home in Northwest Arkansas, the Winkel Team will not disappoint!

ZillowVERIFIED Rob is a genuine guy. When my husband and I started to think about buying a home (which we had no idea how to do) Rob met with us and explained the ENTIRE buying process. He is knowledgeable, and he is very responsive. His son and him make a great team and having two of them is great because one of them can always meet you. I would recommend Rob 10000x and if we ever buy another home he will be the person I call to sell our current home and buy another.

ZillowVERIFIED From the initial meeting to discuss listing my home through closing date, I could not have asked for a better realtor. Rob toured my home, made staging suggestions, highlighted what the selling points would be, respectfully told me what the selling challenges would be and gave me an estimated selling price. He ensured that my home was well marketed online - accurate description and professional photography. When I became discouraged with the number 1 negative feedback - road noise (property was located above a major highway), Rob was confident that my home would sell. We just needed the right buyer. With holidays approaching, I suggested removing my home from the market. Rob convinced me to leave the house on the market...five days later he presented an offer that was above listing. Rob is knowledgeable of the Northwest Arkansas area and the real estate market. Five stars just arent enough!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Over the course of the past twenty-five years, my family and I have relocated several times and have been represented by a dozen or so Realtors. Rob Winkle is by far the best Realtor we've ever had. He was much more knowledgeable, more thorough, more invested, and cared more than any other Realtor that we've had. I don't normally complete surveys, but felt compelled to do given the service that he provided. If I could give him 6 stars I would.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob was a fantastic agent for us!! I knew that he would be a great listing agent after selling houses for two of my friends, and I wasn't mistaken. His knowledge of the market was instrumental in helping us decide on the right selling price and where to look for our next home. Rob pushed all the right buttons to market our house both online and within his extensive realtor/banker network. Rob made himself available to answer my questions regardless of the time of day which helped keep me at ease throughout the entire process. I will not hesitate to recommend Rob to any of my friends in need of a quality realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Rob was an excellent agent and sold our house in 52 days. How did he do that? He was extremely knowledgeable about the market and appropriate pricing of our property, he used social media and open houses to drive exposure to our property, and he targeted other real estate professionals to ensure our home was being seen by lots of potential buyers. He provided succinct directions to us on preparing our home for sale, to include staging tips and suggested minor repairs. His feedback after showings was prompt and specific. His knowledge about legal requirements, terminology and contracts was thorough and his ability to explain these was clear and easily understood. He was supported by his teammate Jacob Winkel, and together they made the process seamless right down to the closing, working easily with us from our new location out of state. We recommend Rob for residential real estate needs without any reservations!

ZillowVERIFIED We would highly recommend Rob Winkel if you are looking to buy/sell a home. We met Rob and his son, Jacob, at an open house we happened to look at. We decided to work with them in purchasing our home because they struck us as being very honest, knowledgeable, and wanting to truly help us find the right house. He was not only knowledgeable in the whole real estate process, but he explained things to us every step of the way. We felt like they both were looking out for us in our home selection. For example, both were very good at pointing out things in homes we viewed that we didn't notice but needed to consider. We were new to the area and they made us feel very welcome and more confident about our decision to relocate by making the whole experience much easier.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob Winkel is one of the most professional and knowledgeable realtors I have ever worked with. He guided my husband and I through all the home purchasing issues (good and bad). I honestly feel he is one of the kindest and respectful people I know. My husband and I will always guide anyone that we know to him for any real estate questions for buying/selling their homes. We will be using Rob for the sale of our older home as well.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I met Rob and his family over 20 years ago when our kids were in competitive basketball league together. When we decided a few months ago to invest in a rental home here in NWA, I reached back out to him to learn about what our options might be. Rob provided us a good framework to understand the real estate industry, and insight about the residential real estate market conditions here in NWA. That knowledge enabled us to quickly setup a search engine for the right property we wanted to invest in. Over a period of 10 weeks we reviewed over 50 properties online and visited 9. Rob's expertise allowed us to complete this significant investment with minimal time and relatively no stress. A true business professional and real estate expert.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob helped me purchase a home utilizing the Zero Down RD (Rural Development) loan program. He introduced me to a mortgage lender that took great care of me and he kept me informed every step of the way through the transaction. Rob negotiated hard for me and got needed repairs performed and got the seller to pay all my closing costs thus allowing me to close on my home with zero out of pocket cost. Rob was readily available to show homes and helped identify potential concerns or issues with properties.

ZillowVERIFIED We could not be happier with the level of service that Rob brings to the table. We had to make several changes to the type of home we were looking for throughout our search. With each change, Rob responded with exactly what we needed. He patiently sought out and found a series of homes for us to consider and was super flexible in the days and times we were available to see the homes. He even recommened a better mortgage bank and we ended up saving a lot of money. He has excellent local knowledge and really takes the time to understand his clients so that he can be responsive to their needs. You WILL find the right home with Rob Winkel as your agent. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob is hands down THE. BEST. REALTOR. EVER!!! Honestly I cannot say enough great things about him! There isnt one single thing I wish he would have done differently or better! You will not find a more professional, organized and eager to help realtor. He is calm, he is funny and he is so extremely humble and kind! Our experience was not a smooth process at all. Things went extremely crazy on our home purchase and he never once lost his cool or showed frustration or worry that we wouldnt close. He was honest and reliable. He gave us sound advice and when he wasnt sure what our best options were (again it was a rough, long drawn out crazy process for us) he researched and came back promptly with our best options. Rob spent soooo much time on our purchase. I mean a ton of time!!! He was always readily available for my many questions and concerns. Honestly if it wasnt for Rob, we would not be in our home! I would have given up! He truly is amazing and if you just meet him you will understand immediately why you have to have him as your realtor! My husband and I met him via a cold call I made about a rental home. We were relocating from out of state. A year later he helped us find the farmhouse in the country we have always wanted! He started out as our realtor but quickly became my counselor (my husband is forever grateful) and our friend!Cratina Haynes

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were buying our first home, so needless to say we needed some major help in understanding the buying process. Thankfully, Rob educated and helped us throughout our time together always answering any questions we had. He did homework for fair market prices each time we looked at houses. He helped us purchase a FSBO property, negotiating the price down 8%, and he negotiated $1500 in repairs when the owners originally listed the property as "AS IS". He met us at every property we wanted to see without question and looked for potential repairs before we got there. His evaluation of each home was unbiased and didn't push us to choose a home that wasn't the right fit. He looked out for our best interests and asked for things from the seller we wouldn't have thought to ask, giving us more security in our first home purchase. We're truly thankful he was our realtor and would recommend him a thousand times over.
