Review Earlier this year, I started looking for a home in New Jersey so I could be closer to my daughter and her family. I was living out of state, didnt know the area, and honestly didnt know where to begin. I found Robert on the internet, of all places! There was just something about him that made me feel like he was someone I could trust. And as it turned out, I couldnt have made a better choice! Its not easy putting your faith in someone youve never met, especially when youre making one of the biggest purchases of your life. But Robert turned out to be everything I had hoped for and more. He not only looks like a genuinely good person, he truly is one. Robert is so down to earth, honest, patient, and always has such a positive attitude. Most importantly, he listened to me. And believe me, I probably drove him crazy at times! He never discouraged me or tried to oversell me on anything. If he had other commitments and couldnt personally show me a property, he always made sure another agent was available to help, and he always followed up afterward to see what I thought about the homes Id seen. I never felt like I was on my own or that he was too busy for me. He genuinely cared about what I wanted and finding the right home for me. Robert also surrounded himself with some wonderful people, and I couldnt have asked for a better team! Jackie Trotter, my attorney, was absolutely amazing. I relied on her heavily because I wasnt familiar with the real estate process or laws in New Jersey, and she went above and beyond for me. Ben Monson was so thorough and always had such a positive attitude. David Freiman, the lender, was wonderful to work with as well. Everyone was helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure things were done right. I think what stands out to me the most is the trust. When youre moving to a state where you dont know anyone, its not easy to put your faith in people youve never met. Youre trusting them with a huge financial decision and hoping they have your best interests at heart. I can honestly say I trusted Robert and his team 100%, and they never gave me a reason not to. If youre buying or selling a home, I would recommend Robert and his team without hesitation. Theyre good, honest, hardworking people who genuinely care about the people theyre helping. I think anyone would be lucky to have them on their side. After all these months, and a few unexpected bumps along the way, I finally found the home of my dreams, close to my daughter and her family, and I couldnt be happier! Robert, thank you from the bottom of my heart for sticking with me through this entire journey. I couldnt have asked for a better person to help me find my new home!

Review Robert was an amazing realtor, he reached out to us on Zillow from the very start when we were interested about a year ago. Since then he helped us during the entire process of looking for homes, scheduling visits, etc. and he was very accommodating (since we were from out of state). His responses were prompt and we felt like we could reach out to him at any time. Once we had decided on a home, he navigated multiple extremely difficult, often infuriating roadblocks by the seller's agents and attorneys, but was definitely a strong negotiator. Review My husband and I were really apprehensive about shopping around for a new home during the COVID pandemic while we were expecting a baby, but Robert made us feel at ease. He was really accommodating and understanding of our circumstances, and most importantly to me - he was really responsive! I would email him at all times of the day with all sorts of questions and would hear back from him shortly after. He always made time for us on relatively short notice to show us houses as well - and we asked to see a lot of houses in a short period of time, knowing our baby was due soon. When we were ready to put in offers, he was really on top of things and would get our offers in fast, which was really important considering the market. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home in this part of NJ!
