From start to finish Robert was there for my wife and I. All questions were answered sometimes before we even asked them. Everything went extremely well from start to finish. Robert is truly a professional.

Robert Vanston did an amazing job for us: price above asking, no financing contingency, quick close. We could not have had a better broker. I would use him again on either a house purchase or sale.

The mistakes made that are noted by Judy Beveridge were that I would not reduce my commission after the property was under contract. She also failed to mention her property was previously listed by THREE other agencies over the course of four years and none were successful. Most people are appreciative.

Robert was our second choice of realtor but wish he was the first. The first agent lacked confidence and local knowledge and we were feeling processed. An acquaintance suggested and even though we were out of his service area, he agreed to work with us. Fantastic! Told him what we wanted and he showed us one house. ONE! It was perfect. Done, closed, happy as can be. He won't work with you unless pre-approved though fyi.

Please allow me to sing the praises of Mr. Rob Vanston. He is loyal, trustworthy, considerate, kind, efficient and last but not least, quite charming. Here's why - I was with another supposedly reputable realty company for approximately one year attempting to sell my house to no avail. After meeting Mr. Vanston and signing a contract with him, he sold my house in three weeks and closed in approximately six weeks. Need I say more. Thank you Mr. Vanston, you are a man of your word.

I have done business with Robert Vanston from Prudential Preferred Properties in the past and most recently for the sale of my last home which closed this month. I can say without a doubt you will not find a more knowledgable, courteous and supportive realtor anywhere in this area. He was always available to answer my MANY questions and get back to me in a timely manner. He handled all my business flawlessly. I look forward to continue working with him on my next purchase. I cannot recommend him enough. If you are looking to sell or buy a new home you should look no further than Robert Vanston.
