Review I was very impressed with Robert's ability to listen to my requirements as a buyer and tailor a portfolio of homes that matched the criteria. His knowledge of the local Philadelphia market is second to none which was very useful to an out of town buyer like myself.Robert effectively leveraged facetime on his phone to walk me through several homes while saving me the trouble of driving back and forth from New York.He is very personable and will go above and beyond to make sure his client is satisfied.

Review To begin, Robert is absolutely amazing. He turned what was a hassle search into a breeze in about two months. He was confident and knowledgeable every step of the way. I am 25 years old and have never gone through the buying process. I had a lot of questions and Robert was there with the answers. He took me under his wing let me find homes, went on drives and gave impressive suggestions. I work in Sales so I was nervous about the entire process. I was nervous that I was getting ahead of myself, that I couldnt find the right home and much more. I was searching for about 9 months before I got in contact with Robert. Before Robert, I used two agents that could not understand my needs and wants in the house search and my search process. I needed patiences but also confidence. Robert knocked it out of the park and I will never use another Real Estate Agent. I sent him houses at 7 am and sometimes at 2 am. He always answered and let me talk through what I was thinking without pushing me or trying to aEURoecloseaEUR?! He opened up my knowledge to different areas that I had not thought about. He helped me find the perfect home that I will live in for decades to come. If you want someone who genuinely cares about their work and the individuals they work with while still being knowledgeable, confident and understanding Robert will be the perfect answer. Thank You Robert! You have bought a smile to Myself and Seleana for years to come. James K. Landron

Review Robert went way out of his way to find us the perfect house and he was there every step of the way. Since we were in Stamford buying a house in Swarthmore we had to rely on him. He actually submitted a bid on our behalf and was successful over three other bidders and succeeded in negotiating a a very favorable deal.

Review Robert Travers has to be the most wonderful realtor I have every work with. Prior to meeting Robert I had a previous realtor that was not very helpful. Just when I was about to give up I met Robert, what a blessing in disguise. I don't know where to began with this man. I met him when my son was 3months old and he will now be 4 years old in August, so this tells how long we have been knowing Robert. He has became like a family member to me. Enough about him lets get down to business. After the long search day & night, night & day Rob was there, he was always available to show whatever property me and my husband wanted to see. Sometimes this would even be on Sunday afternoon during his family time, but that didn't stop Robert he bought his family with him. I finally found my dream home in 2013, and even after moving in Rob was still to help along the way. He job as our realtor was over, but he never let us go as friends. This is the kind of realtor that you want, loving, caring, honest and has a passion for what he does. If he says he going to do something that something will get done. After a year of living in our home we decided to resale, and who did we call? Robert Travers and what did he do ? Sold our house. He is the guy for the job. My husband a I no longer live in Pa, but we still call Robert and refer all of our friends and relatives to him. Ladies its like "you don't let just anyone cut your hair" Don't just let anyone sell you a home. Thanks again for all you do Robert Travers

Review Buying a home for the first time can be an overwhelming and daunting process, especially if you are picky but don't have an unlimited budget. Before meeting Robert, I met with some other agents who seemed eager at first but blew me off after hearing my budget and my requirements. Robert, on the other hand, was nothing but professional. He patiently trekked my husband and I around for months while we looked at dozens of homes and held our hands through the entire process. He is very responsive and knowledgeable, and he knows everyone in the local real estate community. And when it was time for closing or other boring paperwork processes, he would remember to bring coloring books and crayons for our kids. I can't recommend him highly enough and will always go back to him for my real estate needs!
