The team is made up of a seven Licensed Realtors, Operations, Director of Agent Services, Director of Culture, Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Manager who work directly with you to provide a smooth real estate process. Together they leverage advanced approaches to marketing and make use of technology and online applications for sellers and buyers. Todd Schroth, licensed Florida Real Estate Agent, has been investing in homes since 1995, as well as selling and listing throughout the Central Florida area since 2000. A strong work ethic and willingness to expand his knowledge throughout the market's changes, have allowed him to become a top agent. Not only is Todd a REALTOR but he also has additional professional affiliations. When not engaged in real estate services Todd spends time with his family and is actively involved in the community. Angie Schroth, the teams Director of Culture and licensed agent, aids where needed to support the whole team. Meaghan Bingman, Director of Agent Services, focuses on listing input, lead generation, CRM Specialist, creative and proprietary marketing techniques including marketing property listings, taking property photos, creating advertising pieces and managing social media campaigns as well as directing the team on goals and expectations. Katie Ballinger, the Transaction Manager and licensed agent, who takes each file from contract to close managing inspections, appraisals and having direct communication with lenders, title companies and the client.
