The new buyer just wanted to get her kids in their new school. Robert did an incredible job keeping us informed and helping the buyer and her agent move more quickly (4 month ordeal) . Which was helpful for my family because we had twin babies arriving early. However, I expressed concerned about the carpet not being cleaned and our bare feet and socks kept getting dirty. He emailed me the receipt showing me the carpet had been cleaned. He didn't offer any suggestions or a recleaning of the carpets. So I will have to pay to have them professionally cleaned before the twins come home.
