The only critique we would give is being more patient and understanding why people would like to be as thorough as they are. We have worked with a few people in the past that didnt cater to our needs / didnt ask the correct questions / didnt confirm something well enough and that has always bit us in the butt. Just being patient in circumstances like buying a house or renting should also take priority when working with people. However, we understand why this doesnt take priority in most situations, especially when youre showing 20 people an apartment and only 1 is actually serious.

This was a small transaction for Rob financially, but Rob treated me like I was his most important client. He led negotiations to get the desired timing and pricing. I was so impressed with how hard Rob worked on my behalf on a small project, I asked Rob to help me again four years later when I was looking to buy a house.Once again, Rob absolutely worked in my best interest and got me the right house. He explained what goes into determining selling price for a home (location, supply & demand etc.) From the beginning Rob was always accessible via email, text or phone. I would text on a week-end and not expect an answer until Monday but he always returned my call or text and quickly. Whatever we needed. Rob also rolled up his sleeves and jumped in to help . When I could not find anyone to help me lift or dispose of three huge, heavy TV's two days before closing and I was 40 miles away, Rob went to the house & physically removed and found where to dispose for me. My dad had a big safe in the basement that we had no idea how to get removed. After lots of frustration, Rob (through his many contacts) found a person interested in the safe and had removed it for us. Rob has been doing this for years and his list of contacts is amazing. Whatever you need, he seems to know someone or somehow to resolve it. Lastly, Rob's calm demeanor played a huge part in all of this as nothing was a disaster to him, there was always an answer or solution. I would absolutely refer Rob to any of my friends or family.
