Robert Rivera is a knowledgeable, helpful, and unendingly patient godsend. I will be honest and say that I didnt want to like him when I met him because I had already made up my mind about how I wanted to go about selling our family home. However, his professionalism (his response time and availability were outstanding, and he made sure to communicate with us ahead of time if he had plans with his family - a courtesy that went above and beyond in my opinion), his willingness to share his expertise, to answer my incessant questions, and most importantly to acknowledge and validate our emotions throughout the entire process, made a very difficult decision significantly easier for our family. He did everything he could to ensure that day-to-day life for my children and pets was disrupted as little as possible, something this Mama Bear completely appreciated. This may sound cliche, but this man not only sold our home, he ultimately became a trusted friend (and he didnt bat an eye at the many times he was thrust into the role of family therapist).
