ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I had the PLEASURE of working with Nate Pickles. We are from Texas and got military orders to come to Virginia so almost the entire process was done in another state. We are also first time home buyers so had LOADS of questions - nearly everyday. Nate was so kind to spend hours and hours on the phone with us, virtually holding our hand through it all. He is the most patient realtor I think there is and so thorough too. He really spends the time to make sure you understand everything fully, not the type of guy to give a short and sweet answer to get your question out of the way. Nate also helped us find an awesome lender and provided a lot of references for home contractors to work with as well. He even helped me find a guy to mow our yard since we were still in Texas for 2 months after we closed. He even went to our house to take measurements for me because I didn?t know if one of my furniture pieces would fit in the new house. He really goes above and beyond for his clients. Like REALLY ABOVE and BEYOND. It was such a blessing to have found Nate and I would choose him as my realtor 1,000 times again. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you, Nate!!
