Robert Piazza Palotto and his team walked me through the listing process and mentored me in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. Then I wondered how I was going to learn about being a seller when I'm focused on details, logistics, and unknowns. Robert and his team provided clear, direct, and responsive communication while focusing on my needs. Of course, I was skeptical, and tested Robert and his associate Laura DuMont to see if they were right for us. They passed the test and audition with flying colors; we agreed to have them represent us exclusively in the search for our dream home.
