I did have three realtors in total provide a comparative analysis and Robert came back with a pricing range a bit higher than I expected given the condition of the home (it was livable but needed updating).Admittedly I was initially skeptical that the house would sell at the proposed asking price but based on my conversations with Robert I felt it best to go with it and see what happens.It appears that Robert really knows the market and really does put in a solid effort to market and make a sale happen.Upon listing the house, the house sold in one day at over asking price. He also had another offer in the wings at full asking just in case the first offer fell through.I believe it is due to his apparently vast network of contacts and his knowledge of the local markets.Needless to say, the first offer went off without a hitch.Now, obviously all sales might not go as smoothly and quickly as my experience.I highly recommend giving Robert a call and seeing what he can do for you.He did everything he said he would and I am pretty certain that he can help any seller get the most for their property.I know that should I need to sell or even buy another home, I will definitely be using Robert as my representative.

My sister and her husband referred me to Robert after using him to sell their house in Southbury (they are tough customers and were very happy with his services). I was not sorry! Robert gave me very good advice on actions to complete before the house was put on the market, as well as pricing it just right. He was spot on, as the house sold in 6 DAYS for only $900 less than the asking price! Throughout the process my questions were always responded to quickly and I was kept updated, right down to the closing day. Robert came to the home and we went through the house and we came to a joint decision on the price. While the house was outdated in some areas, it was very well built and maintained. The viewing activity was excellent and I was pleased that I was able to sell the house by the end of the year. We had some issues with the price and I accepted something lower than anticipated, but this was a closing to an estate and I really wanted to sell the home. I would highly recommend Robert in the future. I wish there were other choices in the other areas. His expertise was excellent. And I trusted him to get the best possible price for my property. More than once!! Buying a house was not an easy task, but I'm certain that it would not have happened, as quick and as efficiently if not for Robert. I live in NYC and Robert accommodated all my schedule needs. From the first showing over a holiday weekend, he was there to help with everything. Answering all the questions I had, to spending an entire Saturday following inspectors around with me. This was an unique situation. I saw the house online and I contacted the sellers agent directly. That was Robert. The house was sitting in the market for over two years. I believe Robert was the third or fourth agent to have the listing and he was the last one. What three or four other people, in the course of two years, were not able to do, Robert did in few months. Initially I was a bit concerned about only dealing with one agent, but I'm very glad I did. From the first conversation, Robert was extremely clear about his work ethics and he followed them flawlessly. Throughout the entire process he walked me thru all my doubts and I cannot say this enough, I would not have purchase this house if it was not for Robert. He was honest! Very upfront! There were no surprises. There were no changes. Robert conducted himself and his business with the utmost level of professionalism, respect and efficiency. And the most important part of my experience with Robert is that he really cares, genuinely. He made the process very personal. He listened to everything I had to say and at no moment he was pushy or demanding. He was just there to help anyway he could. Last, Robert is very knowledgeable of the area and he knows everyone.
