And because we live out-of-state, Robert takes pictures of the work as it is completed and forwards them to us for our information and approval. We have been very impressed with Mr. Penny's attention to detail, his diligence in getting his portion of the work done, and his dedication to the project. We find him to be a very hard worker and are extremely glad that he agreed to assist with the renovation project.
