Robert is an amazing realtor! We were first time home buyers and had no knowledge of the home buying process. He walked us through every step of the way and was SO responsive. We had to be out of our rental and under contract within days, and Robert did everything in his power to make that possible for us!We are so very thankful for him! The process was easy, smooth, and quick! He went above and beyond the call of duty and completely took care of our family. Robert Payne did an excellent job marketing and showing our home. So much so, we had a signed contract 3 days after the house was placed on the market. Robert was able to skillfully negotiate with the purchaser throughout the process and was able to answer all of our questions with knowledgeable advice The closing took place in just under 2 months and even closed 3 days before the date provided for in the contract. If I had another house to sell, I would definitely callRobert.
