Review Robert found exactly what we were looking for when we moved to Illinois from Texas! He caught on to some shadiness that a seller was trying to pull on us with a deal too. He has continued to be like family; he even loaned us his table saw. Robert Pardon is a super realtor, I cannot reccomend him high enough.

Review I hired Robert to sell my home and was impressed with his service. He provided regular updates on the showings which was helpful because I was not living in the house while it was on the market. Also, he was very helpful negotiating when I had a buyer. Overall, Robert's knowledge and skill as a realtor were excellent. I would definitely hire him again.

Review I looked at an apartment in Little Village last week that I was very interested in. I wanted to start the process of renting but Robert stopped answering emails and did not pick up phone calls at all from me or my prospective roommates.

Review Robert was very patient and provided extensive opportunities for our home search. We were new to the area and he came recommended by a work associate. He was able to assist in finding vendors to ready the house after the sale as well. I consider him a valuable resource and partner in the housing market.

Review 3 years ago Robert helped my wife and I find our first home. Robert was fantastic during our first home buying experience. He listen very well and understood what we were looking for; always having our best interest in mind. Especially when we told him that we were expecting our first child, Robert promised that he would find us a great home in a good location. Robert worked around our schedules and really made us feel that we were his only clients even though we were not. He answered all my questions and numerous emails (i asked A LOT of questions)Never did he make us feel that we couldn't ask or didn't have a voice in any conversation we had. He never pressured or made us feel like we were forced to see home or be put in any situation that we regretted. He promised to help us and find us a good home in great location and he did just that. I then recommended Robert to help my mom who lived in her house over 20 years. He helped her sell her home in matter of weeks and then helped her buy her condo which i know she loves! She has voiced that same experience to me. Robert Padron is the perfect realtor i could have asked for, the amount of knowledge he knew as he showed us around different houses was remarkable. I will be calling him when I decided to sell and buy again!

Review Robert is honestly the best agent. He is very experienced and has a lot of knowledge. He helped us find our first home and we couldnt be happier. He knew more about the houses we were going to see then the actual listing agents did. He responds very quickly and always makes himself available. I am so happy that we had Robert on our side.

Review Robert Padron is a "way-above-average" realtor. Although I worked primarily with Robert, there is no doubt in my mind that Ramina is equally qualified. In a slow market, Robert worked until he found the perfect buyer for my condo. When I almost gave up hope, he never did. Not only is Robert a highly qualified realtor, he is truly a fine person.

Review When my wife first interviewed Robert he promised that he would make the sale of our home as smooth as possible. He far surpassed any expectations we had of him. He sold our home in a few days time. He is very hands on. I cannot say enough good things about him. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He truly kept his promise. Thank you Robert!

Review If you want to sell your house quickly, listen to what Robert has to say about pricing. He does his homework, and aggressively marketed our house to buyers and agents. Sold in 14 days at a price acceptable to us.

Review I couldn't be happier with Robert Padron and his expertise in my recent home purchase. He knew exactly what my new home was worth and helped negotiate the deal of a lifetime. I've since referred three personal friends Rob's way and they were all equally impressed.
