At first, our timeline was several months out, but she still helped us to tour a few homes to get an idea of what was on the market. When a home popped up that we were interested in a month later, still a few months before we told Laura we'd be ready to buy, she was able to pull an offer together for us at the last minute and consulted with us on how to make our offer as competitive as possible based on what she had seen in the market as well as any intel she was able to get from the listing agent. Laura was responsive, diligent, friendly, and ultimately helped us close on the house in under a month. She also referred us to a great inspector who was able to do a pre-inspection at the last minute, and has a large network of folks across the industry that we were able to tap into.
