ZillowVERIFIED If you want to sell a house in this local area, this is a great team who will get your house on the market through all possible social media and sell it quickly. Robert Northfield himself has a great team and knows many other auxillary personnel who will help fix up your house and get it in shape, do much needed repairs in a quick and efficient way. The marketing materials, photography, brochures, video etc are very good. If your house has a special type of architecture, or a unique history, (often found in the South orange/ Maplewood area), you need to be aware of specialties yourself to help the team market it in to its own advantage.Robert has a very strong voice over all parties, and if there are problems he is capable of having a strong voice in your favor. We are currently buying a new house where the sellers are not acting in good faith. I miss Robert's presence here because if he was our agent, we are sure that other people including our lawyer would not have had the guts to do as they please, playing fast and loose. If things go wrong and he's your agent, he's an asset on your side.I would definitely recommend him and his team.

My husband and I had been looking around for our first home in the SOMA area for over a year and had not had great luck with our prior agent so we reached out to Robert Northfield's team, as we had seen a house we liked listed by them and he connected us with Jill immediately. She called me later that night and took the time to get to know me and my husband, what we were looking for and our "wish list" and no-go items. This immediately was something that we had never been asked prior. She then asked if we'd be open to expanding to other areas on our list and mentioned Berkeley Heights, which I said we'd be happy to see what it was like. Later that week, she sent us over several houses that she had planned for us to look at when we met her that weekend. Going through each house, she was extremely helpful in noting and pointing out things whether it was design elements or issues that may come up, etc. She also was able to provide her insights on what we could do if that was our house and how to change things, etc. One of the houses that day was one that we instantly fell in love with and felt could be our first home.Not only did she find us the house we loved within the 3 hours of meeting her, but she also provided us with a contact for a contractor who would be able to assist us with future remodeling we were thinking of doing and scheduled our appointment to walk him through the house (before we had even put in our offer).After that, we knew we wanted the house and put in the offer, which she was super helpful in putting the offer together (which was accepted) and going through the next steps.
