Rob did not hesitate to meet with us and show us houses all over so we could get a feel of the houses and the different neighborhoods. Our process was a long one and Rob was always up for showing us houses and letting us know if something new had hit the market. We finally decided on a house and went under contract on a great house with not so great sellers. Rob went to bat for us and handled the obstacles and details with integrity and our best interest in mind. Me and my husband were searching around in the Merritt Island area and found a house we really wanted to look at. We had an agent but was unable to show us the property. There were a couple properties we were interested in that Rob was very honest about the downside or issues with the property even though it meant losing a sale. Rob was very flexible with us and often dropped what he was doing on the weekend to show us a property with little to no notice from us. We were relocating from 50 miles away so when we did get under contract Rob rode herd on property repairs and went by the property to verify things for us so we didn't have to drive over. Highly recommend him!

His communication style is direct and succinct thereby leading to no miscommunications along the way. Rob is patient and has a good demeanor when dealing with issues big and small. During the sale of our home, our house experienced hail damage after it was sold but before the closing of escrow. Rob assessed the situation, provided me with options moving forward, and then readjusted the process to accommodate the changes needed to bring closure to the situation. When the insurance companys representative assessed the damage on the roof, Rob climbed up on the roof and participated, looking out for my best interests. That was an act that went above and beyond our expectations, and indeed showed that he is truly committed to his clients. I will seek Robs help in finding a new home in the future. The fact that I am not hesitant to recommend Rob to family members and close friends should speak volumes to others whom I do not hold such close relationships.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob helped us out-of-towners narrow down all the favorites we had found on Zillow and actually discover what we wanted (and didn't want) in a home. Once we had that figured out, Rob showed us properties in our price range and didn't interject his own opinion unless we asked for it. We didn't find our dream house on the first day, but Rob had a great idea of what we were looking for by then. He didn't give up on us and continued to contact us with details on new discoveries. He even drove an hour south to Palm Bay to take pictures of a new house he thought we might love.
