He is not an agent that will simply leave it to you to tell him what houses you want to see, but he will actively look for you and present options that come available that suit your desires. He is also an amazing representative if you are looking to sell your home. The home we finally bought was highly recommended we go see, with encouragement from his assistant Rula. After we closed , we received solid recommendation for a painter, handyman, chimney inspector and move in cleaning service . Before the transaction, I didn't understand why I would need a realtor to represent me. But Robert was crucial in coordinating the property inspection and making sure I was not taken advantage of. The resulting home inspection document was used to make sure that my home was in excellent condition the day I moved in. I would HIGHLY recommend Robert for any real estate transaction!

He came in and did a review of the property gave me suggestions of things that needed to be upgraded and came up with a reasonable asking price. Items that needed updating (carpets) he got a crew in to update, items that needed to be fixed he got the proper person in to fix it. He walked me through all the documents to be signed. Kept me informed on all offers and negotiated on my behalf when we found someone interested. He dealt with all the issued brought up by the potential buyer once one made and offer and helped me counter offer the offer. He worked through all the paperwork to make my signing of the sale as easy as possible for me. I am highly recommending him to everyone i know wanting to sale or buy property in Contra Costa county.
