I'm writing to commend Robert Moody of Compass Realty who recently handled the sale of my rental property in Clayton. The house was a classic fixer upper. It had multiple known problems as well as some that surfaced after the property went on the market. Robert worked tirelessly to handle contacts with other agents and potential buyers and lenders, as well as inspectors and contractors who evaluated needed repairs. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure to get my input as needed. It was a difficult property to sell and through it all Robert was extremely efficient and professional. He was always upbeat and encouraging and I truly felt that I was in good hands. I will always be grateful for the work he did on my behalf. I also have to give kudos to Rula Masannat of Compass Realty who assisted Robert with this sale. She was efficient and caring and a real pleasure to work with. Many thanks to Rula as well.
