ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Boatwright is a true professional. I used her to sell my family home place and although she faced a few unpleasant hurdles along the way she stayed pleasant and professional, always looking out for my best interest. I would most certainly recommend her as a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED She handled all the big stuff aEUR| and all the details! The sale was of a condominium that we maintained as a rental property aEUR| Valerie minimized disruptions for the tenants, kept us well informed throughout the process, and kept demands on me, or my wife, to a minimum.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were very fortunate to have been referred to Sue Brown as a real estate agent. Little did we know that we would find a condo and lot to purchase along with a home to sell in just a 2 month time period. Her personal, friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner is stellar. We feel very blessed to have had her represent us on these transactions! Thank you, Sue!!

ZillowVERIFIED Rob Bradley went above and beyond when we purchased our lakefront property on Lake Hartwell. I wasnt able to be at the inspection or walk through and Rob took care of everything to make sure all was as it should be. He was very responsive, professional, and made the whole process from a distance easy and absolutely seamless. I would highly recommend him and definitely wouldnt hesitate to work with Rob again.

ZillowVERIFIED So happy I called Valerie to show me my home on Lake Keowee. She made my purchase so much easier with her knowledge of real estate and made me feel very comfortable with all the e-signing you have to do these days. I gave her 5 stars in each category above as she earned it.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home is a huge process, and there is no better way to go through something like that, than with a friend. This amazing lady was available at any hour of the day and night, she simplified the chaos so I could understand, she talked me through the stress of the entire home buying process. Valerie is here to help, she isnt here just for the profit. The joy she has in helping others find their forever home is contagious. She started as my realtor and ended up being a friend I will keep.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was amazing as our agent! Buying and selling, she took care of everything. On the buying side, We got a terrific deal on our new house and bonuses in the repair request we truly never expected thanks to Dawns connections with local businesses and willingness to reach out. Selling our home was just as good. From the preparation stage, to listing, marketing, and bargaining for us, she did it all.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob was very helpful in the purchase of our lake home in Mountain Rest, SC. He was very familiar with the area and the unique aspects of lakefront living. Rob was also very helpful in finding local service providers to assist with future repairs and projects. He was extremely flexible with his time and our needs. Because we were out of state buyers our availability to participate directly with some aspects of the purchase were limited and Rob was able to represent us and communicate results. He also has a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to work with.
