I can be rather high strung by nature, so Rob had to deal with that on top of everything else, and yet it all turned out wonderfully in the end. When he first met with me, he came armed with all of the information to get me up to speed quickly. Once we worked out the timeline of how everything would proceed, it all just fell into place. Rob really understood the logistics of selling in my area and what it would take to sell quickly and for the price I was hoping for. After a terrible experience trying to sell it last year we were looking for an agent that could accomplish our goals quickly. Being out of town with little family available to assist Rob stepped in multiple times to meet contractors, painters etc so we could get our property ready to list. Once our home hit the market we had two offers in the first twenty-four hours and sold for almost $3K above asking. ZillowVERIFIED Rob Medinger Rob was great to work with from the start to even beyond the finish. We had offers on our home within a week of listing. He's well organized and makes great use of technology for marketing but also for communicating with his clients. Being able to log into an app and see his plan, what he's working on, what's coming up, it was great. He works with a great team of professionals too. Photographing our north facing, long and narrow home was a challenge. His photographer did an excellent job. He gave us a few recommendations for lawyers and that also worked out well. Good people attract other good people and that's Rob's team to a tee. Even at closing Rob was there for us. Some last minute issues came up on the walk through, and by that time we had moved 2500 miles away. Rob took care of everything to ensure a successful close.

I spoke with Rob and then met with him in our home where he spent hours answering our questions. For the sale of our old house, Rob presented us a full marketing plan, which including professional pictures, advertisement flyers, and plenty of online exposure. Rob took the time to thoroughly go thru our home, and gave us suggestions and tips on how to properly stage everything to maximize exposure and create interest in our property. During the selling process, Rob was very prompt on informing us of showings in advance, and giving us feedback from buyers after every showing. Everything went very smoothly and we were under contract in less than 30 days. For the purchase of our new home, Rob was just as great. Both my wife and I had very specific taste, so it took multiple showings, and lots of trips back and forth to find the perfect place. ZillowVERIFIED Rob was recommended by my wife as our real estate agent. Searched for several months for condos in the area to get a better idea of the market. Included single family homes a few months into the search to see if there were viable options. Rob is familiar with the city and suburbs, so he had a good perspective of the different properties, costs, etc. in the area. Rob was patient through the process, we saw a wide variety of properties throughout the area to get a good idea and help us to narrow down the decision. Also helped to recommend inspectors to evaluate the property, and helped us every step of the way by answering questions before and during the closing process.
