I grew up in Dunwoody and have been living in Forsyth County since 1993. Robert was with us every step of the way. That's really helpful when we already moved out of state. He kept an eye on the house for us. He'd call from our house to ask about things like the fans and thermostat. Made sure the house was safe and secure. The buyers switched closing dates and chose a bank for closing that didn't help matters. Robert stayed at the table until the end. Always pleasant, always in communication.
