ZillowVERIFIED Robert was referred to me by my family members who had great experiences with Robert finding their home a few years back. Robert exceeded every expectation I had. I was in the middle of lots of family issues while temporarily retiring from one job and moving out of state from WA to UT to start a new job. Robert did lots of research. He got me immediately set up with online updates to the market specific to my requirements. He was "always" available. He sent me lots of information to research both about the current housing market, lending info (which he has a long background in as well), and lots of other contacts. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the current market. He worked seamlessly with my mortgage company. They both worked extremely well together and made sure everything was in sync. Robert went out looking at homes for me with a family member since I was not able to arrange travel there in time. He took videos and face-timed me with results live showing me the positives and negatives of each house. He made it just as though I was physically there with them. Once I picked a home, he did some heavy lifting for me and was able to negotiate a much better closing price that reflected current market conditions. He is very personable and makes sure you as a client have everything you need. I cannot say enough good things about Robert. He made this all very possible for me given that I was remote the whole time due to being on a very tight timeline. Thank you my friend!!!

We were not sure on a lot of steps because its our first home and Rob always responded to our questions promptly and without judgement. He took us to multiple homes and helped us submit multiple offers before we got one. Each time he gave us his opinion on what would be a competitive offer within our spending range. He was always respectful of how much we wanted to spend and was realistic with what that meant in the sellers market which we really appreciated. He gave us his opinion, explained our options but always left the decisions to us and would follow through with what we asked him to do. After we got a great home, Rob helped us with all our many questions about HOA, utility bills, and any random thing that popped up that we were not sure how to address. He helped answer those questions or to get in contact with who could help us if he didnt have the information we were looking for. We would recommend Rob as a realtor for sure:)

The minute a house was available within our parameters Rob was on it. In this market, there is no room for hesitation, houses in our range were selling in hours. You have to have an agent as eager as you. Rob is always timely and responsive. He made us feel as if we were his only clients, even though he is super busy, he gave us his full attention all the time, even late at night and on the weekends. We first contacted him in late 2017, and he stuck with us for over two years until we finally found the house we were looking for. He showed tremendous patience with us during the first two years when we were getting a feel for the local area and the market. During this time, he entertained all of our perspective inquiries, and educated us at every turn. At one point he talked us out of a lot purchase which would have been almost certainly disastrous for us, even though it would have been to his advantage to guide us toward the purchase of the lot. This is the hallmark of a professional with integrity.When we finally were getting close to our purchase, he brought all of his powers to bear, guiding us through the process of narrowing our search and considering different options. He has expert knowledge in-home finance, assessment of construction, understanding of types of land and geographic areas, and understanding of the market. He is Also an expert negotiator who did wonders on our behalf during the final stretch. During these final negotiations in the closing process, he showed an almost unbelievable degree of organization and thoroughness. We were also very impressed with his sound understanding of the legal underpinnings of the contract process. Without him we would likely not have the house we currently live in, and my wife and I have reflected multiple times on our great good luck and stumbling upon this most amazing of real estate agents.
