I cannot say enough about how professional and helpful Bob was in handling the sale of a condo for my father in the midst of the coronavirus crisis. His calm efficiency and attention to detail helped me to complete the sale ahead of schedule, acting as attorney in fact for Dad, who is 93 and lives in another state. Here is an example of Bobs thoughtfulness and attention to detail: I am old enough to be taking extra precautions amidst the coronavirus outbreak, so I really appreciated Bobs willingness to return the cable box from the condo so that I didnt have to go there. In matters big and small he made sure that this transaction achieved our financial goals and was successfully completed in a very difficult environment. Highly recommended!
