What's interesting is that we first met Robert over two years ago after being referred to him by our friends Jules and Bobby. At the time, he spent a lot of time educating us on the home-buying process, showing us properties, and helping us understand the market. Our situation was complicated by being out of state for much of the process as well as the Covid-19 situation. Robert and his team not only made the process easy for us but also got us top dollar. With his overall real estate experience combined with his specialized experience in our local market, Robert helped us to not only to get an amazing price for our home but also to choose a motivated buyer. A buyer who held firm with the purchase despite the Covid-19 blowup that happened during our closing. The great organizational skills of his operations manager, Kristy, kept everything moving quickly and easily. Robert went out of his way to take care of things that were above and beyond for us such as oversee an estate sale. He even cheerfully intercepted a large (and heavy) package we had sent to the old address and handled the return for us. When the sale was final and the money in our account, we felt like pinching ourselves that it had really happened so easily.

ZillowVERIFIED This is my second experience with Ryan, he did an incredible job as my buying agent, and due to some changes in my life (marriage and moving) I ended up deciding to sell my home a shorter timeline than expected. Ryan has a great understanding of the OC area, and he is my goto realtor for referrals to friends because he is easy to work with, always available for me, and during the process he does a great job listening to me while also providing his professional input. Ryan sold my house in a slowing market only 1.5 years after I had bought it, and suprisingly he managed to sell it for $20k more than I bought it at. In fact before we put it up for the market he came at me with the COMPs and market analysis and basically guessed the sales price. I wanted to go higher on the listing price, but he advised me against it with his knowledge of how the market is behaving and his idea of how to get buyers in the door. It was a hot house and the photographer he picked did a stunning job, I still enjoy looking at the photos today. Open houses had a great turn out and neighbors told me it was a good experience. Still, people are a bit more reluctant to throw down offers, and while I was thinking we'd have 5 offers (we would have two year ago in a different market) within the first week we only had 2. Still Ryan had me in escrow the second week of listing at the price we listed for. During negotiation Ryan did an incredible job with the future buyer getting him up to the listing price we were asking for, and freed up my hands to focus on my upcoming marriage. He even helped manage finer details like patio furniture, and selling certain furniture with the buyer seperate from the house sale. Love working with Ryan and the Robert Mack group, they really went above and beyond and can't think of any point where I felt they fell short of my desires. Realtors are expensive no doubt but these guys were absolutely worth it.

This was a great solution for our particular situation. ZillowVERIFIED After going back and forth for months about whether we could afford to sell our condo and upgrade to a single-family home after expanding our family, my wife and I were recommended to Ryan Mcmillian by a friend of mine who was very satisfied with a home he recently purchased with Ryan's help. Let me preface the rest of this with this disclaimer - I am not a fan of the whole real estate jargon and often overly-confusing string of hoops that one must jump through to make things happen, so my stance prior to meeting with Ryan was not the most positive about the whole concept. Rarely do I have a 180-degree change of mindset on anything, let alone large financial decisions, but to my surprise I found that this team of individuals was able to de-mystify and simplify the whole process from the very first meeting onward. I was shocked to find that these guys speak in plain English, and are more than willing to take the time to break down the complex elements of the home sale and purchase process in to bite-size pieces that both my wife and I could easily understand, and in a no-pressure environment nonetheless. Within an hour of meeting them, I found myself engaged and willing to trust them with the sale of our home and the search for a larger home for our family. To add complication to things, we have a special needs child that make certain factors in a home a must-have. Both Ryan and Robert were more than understanding of our family's needs, and to my surprise they were able to find a wide range of options that not only met our specific non-negotiable needs, but met our budgetary needs as well. Ryan's patience was incredible as we searched and searched through several options until we found something that met our complex list of needs. His attention to detail and willingness to work with our complicated situation was not something we were expecting, and I found that it built a level of trust that made it much easier to focus on my family while Ryand and Robert's team worked to find us a solution behind the scenes. They developed a relationship with us that allowed us to let them align the pieces of the puzzle in the right timing, and make the moves we needed to in the time we needed to make them. We went from thinking that this would be an impossible task, to owning the home that we will likely retire in. I simply cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

I was going through a roller coaster of emotions with anxiety and a lot of STRESS ! But Mr. Christian was very reassuring and persistent through the whole process. He is very informative and explained things well. I felt like I was asking a lot of questions and some were repetitive but christian just answered them ALL and in great detail to where I understand whats actually going on. ZillowVERIFIED I can't recommend the Robert Mack Group enough, they somehow made the entire process of buying and selling a house easy! Every single step outlined below of working with Robert and his group greatly exceeded expectations, which is why I can only give no less than 5 stars. The Interview: We interviewed many realtors before Robert, they were all unsure of themselves and far too eager to make a quick sale. Robert came in clear, concise, and with a strategy that made sense. Selling (Pre-Market): Once we decided to go with Robert's team, they went straight to work. We came up with a great pricing strategy that put mine and my wife's best interests first. An interior decorator was brought in to give tips on how to properly stage the house, even giving us advice on how we could DIY a lot of it to avoid staging costs. For advertising they used their arsenal of networking tools, captured beautiful professional pictures, and even made an incredible 3D rendering of the property to give prospective buyers a virtual tour! Selling (On the Market): An extreme benefit of the Robert Mack Group is well... the Group. His team was extremely helpful with stepping in and fielding open houses, private showings, and letting us know what was going on through the entire process. BIG shout-out to Kristy for pretty much holding our hands through the whole thing (buying side as well). The mass amounts of foot traffic and buzz our place generated concluded with us selling our place FAR above what we expected. The other realtors that we interviewed told us we were dreaming trying to sell for what we did, Robert made it a reality and then some. Buying: Robert was extremely proactive and showed an incredible amount of urgency in putting our name at the top of the list when there were properties we were interested in. He was able to not only have the seller cancel their open house, but accept our offer BELOW asking price. Either Robert is a witch-doctor or he's just really good at his job. With all that said, go with the Robert Mack Group if you want a professional experience with professional results. Don't risk going with an amateur and leaving heaps of money on the table.

Initially, we lived in Michigan. Plus, as this was our first home purchase, we wanted to work with an agent who could deliver a high level of service and who we could trust. From the very beginning through the end, Nader and Robert, they were extremely helpful, transparent, knowledgeable and provided candid and honest feedback. Nader has great persistence. Nader sent us newly-listed homes that matched our criteria as long as there were new homes available on the market. Nader encouraged us to see as many homes as possible to picture out the best home we wanted to purchase. Nader's persistence and insistence was instrumental in helping us find our dream home. From our first search to our home closing, we received personalized attention. As we lived in Michigan, we were not able to check the home by ourselves. Nader became our "eyes", he attended all the appointments for us, took all the videos for us, and gave us professional opinions on the properties, so we could view the properties and gave the competitive and reasonable offer. What's more, during the inspection period, Nader went above and beyond what was required to ensure that the inspections occurred.
