The neighbors next door sold their home with Robert earlier in the year. Then our friends across the street decided to sell their house and chose the Robert Mack Group. When we decided to move we also chose Robert to sell our house. After interviewing 3 other Realtors it was obvious Robert was the best choice by far. Robert was the only one who showed true professionalism, concern for our needs and explained the whole process in detail. Robert sent us an informative email before our first meeting. Robert shared his game plan from preparing the home for listing right up to after close of escrow. Robert emphasized the importance of first impressions. We repaired the cosmetic eyesores and painted a few walls. We took Robert's advice to de-clutter our home. We removed all the old outdated furniture and engaged Robert's staging person to beautify our home. Our home went on the MLS on Thursday October 16th and only 16 days later on October 31st we had 2 offers to consider. Going through escrow was very stressful, however because Robert explained and coached us along the way we were able to have peace of mind. We were confident of Robert's expertise and his exceptional professional team. We highly recommend The Robert Mack Group!

I was referred to Robert Mack and his team through my Compass agent in Los Angeles when I needed to sell a family property in Mission Viejo. From the very first conversation, I knew I was in great hands. Robert asked me one simple but powerful question: aEURoeWhat is your ultimate goal?aEUR? I told him I wanted to sell our home for the most money possible, in the shortest amount of time, and with the highest net proceeds. We had a tight timeline because I was relocating my mother-in-law and her family to Los Angeles and we were already in escrow on a new home that was scheduled to close at the end of October. The longer it took to sell the Mission Viejo property, the longer Id be responsible for carrying two mortgages. Robert understood the urgency and immediately presented a thoughtful strategy. He and his team walked me through multiple options, from preparing and staging the home for the open market to exploring an off-market sale through the Compass Private Exclusive program. We decided to move forward with both in parallel, preparing the home for the market while privately marketing it at the same time.
