ZillowVERIFIED We were very impressed with Robs experience and professionalism. Although we have bought other homes in the past, we know we would never have found this home if it wasnt for him! Rob was easy to work with, prompt, kind and very knowledgeable. He quickly got a grasp for what we were looking for and was able to deliver- in a very competitive market. We highly recommend Rob to others and personally plan to contact him for any of our future real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We went through 3 agents before Rob. Our other agents were frustrated with us as we just couldnt find what we wanted. We decided to start fresh with the new year and thats when we found rob. He was emailing me listings and keeping in touch with me. Within 2 weeks of finding Rob, we found our dream house and had an offer in. We ended up buying a foreclosure home and our mortgage company was being a pain. He called who ever, when ever to get this house closed for us, and kept us in the loop the entire time. We called him aEURoegood luck RobaEUR? the entire time! Hes the best!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Well I have to say that I was very pleased with the service that Robert provided for me. Even in acting as a dual agent, he remained neutral and transparent during the process. Hes responsive, always on time, always prepared, always ahead of the game. It doesnt hurt that hes easy on the eyes too ;) More importantly I felt safe, secure, and certain that he would close my deal. Closed in less than 26 days!

ZillowVERIFIED Robert Kosinski was an amazing realtor. He helped my family and I purchase our first home. We saw many homes with Robert during our three month searching period. Robert is very knowledgeable, respectful and also answered my questions that I had in a timely manner. Robert was always very reachable as well. I have a 5 year old son in which we brought with us many times during our search and Robert made our son his assistant when it came to get the key from the lock box and opening the door. Not many people would have done that, Robert went above and beyond to let our son feel apart of this long process. I am so grateful for Robert for doing that and would like to thank him. Robert thank you so much. I will absolutely giving Roberts name to all of my family and friends who are looking for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob had it all covered from the introduction through the closing and beyond. Easy questions on his part up front led to specific search results and easy picks for us as we searched for the perfect new home. He took us out on a few tours of our picks as well as open houses and clearly did his homework, which made for a couple of comfortable and relaxing afternoons. Patience on his part was bar none. we made several changes to our initial plan and he supported us through it all. Service is not something that many take pride on in today's world, and Rob clearly sets himself apart by making the home buying experience a pleasure! He and I have had several interactions since closing, where questions came up on our side and Rob was happy to help, even with things that weren't really part of his 'job.' Thanks again for everything Rob, we will be happy to refer you to our friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Rob and the rest of the staff he worked with were extremely helpful throughout our purchase process. He was very responsive and quick to act as new information came through. Things got very difficult nearing the closing and Rob was quick to act and on the phone constantly to remedy the issues. Without the help of Rob and the people he worked with we likely would not have completed our purchase. Rob was great to work with and will definitely be our first call when we look to move again.

ZillowVERIFIED I originally met Robert Kosinski through his associate Bob Lange. Robert was incredibly responsive and thorough throughout our time working together on this first project of mine, and I hope to do many more with him. There were multiple instances where I needed help with the property beyond the scope of his services and he performed without hesitation. I would recommend him to any first time home buyer/real estate investor, no matter how much experience they may or may not already have buying a home.
