FAQ
1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Start by getting clear on your budget and getting pre-approved—it makes a huge difference when you’re ready to make an offer. From there, my biggest piece of advice is to stay focused on your priorities. It's easy to get swept up in all the homes out there, but knowing what matters most (location, layout, schools, commute, etc.) will help you make a confident decision. Also, trust the process and lean on your agent—that's what we're here for. I help my buyers see the bigger picture, spot red flags, and move quickly when the right home pops up. Patience is key, but so is preparation.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
First impressions matter, so start by making your home as clean, bright, and welcoming as possible. You don’t need a full renovation—sometimes a little decluttering, a fresh coat of paint, and great photos go a long way. Pricing is also huge. I always tell sellers: the market sets the value, not emotion. You want to be strategic—not just listed, but positioned to sell. And lastly, be flexible. The smoother and easier you make it for buyers to see and love your home, the better your results.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—first-time buyers trying to navigate the process, growing families needing more space, downsizers looking for less maintenance, and investors searching for the right deal. Each client is different, and I tailor my approach based on their goals, timeline, and experience level. Whether someone’s buying their very first home or selling their third, I make sure they feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One that stands out was helping a young couple buy their first home after months of searching. They’d lost out on a few offers and were feeling pretty discouraged. We stayed patient, adjusted our strategy, and when the right home hit the market, we moved fast and wrote a smart, clean offer. It was accepted that night. Seeing the look on their faces when they got the keys—that’s the part that never gets old. It reminded me why I do this. It wasn’t just a house to them—it was the start of their next chapter.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I’ve always had a love for real estate—even as a kid, I was the one dragging my parents to open houses just to walk through and check out the layout or the finishes. That interest never really went away. When my wife and I were buying our first home, we met an incredible agent at an open house who not only helped us find the right place but also saw something in me. She actually encouraged me to get my license. I took the leap, and I’ve never looked back. It combined everything I enjoy—homes, people, problem-solving—and turned it into a career I’m truly passionate about.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Honestly, my biggest asset is experience. I’ve handled well over 1,000 transactions, and in real estate, every single one teaches you something new. I got into the business during the real estate crash of the Great Recession, and that shaped how I work today. Back then, you had to get creative—nothing came easy, and every deal took serious problem-solving. We weren’t just order takers; we had to figure things out to get deals closed. That kind of hands-on, pressure-tested experience is something you can’t teach—and it makes a huge difference for my clients now.

Robert was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the market and sold the house within a week after listing it. I needed some help getting it cleaned out and ready to sell. He was able to provide referrals for professional services and was able to get great photos for the listing. I found that communications were always quick with both him and his team. A great experience from beginning to final closing. Highly recommended!

My husband and I have not experienced such a knowledgeable, attentive, helpful, and kind agent, such as Christal, in over four decades! Christal surely went out of her way to help my husband and I find the perfect location and home. She went above and beyond any agent we've experienced in our lives. More agents need to learn from Christal! Thank you Christal for all your help, your knowledge, your professionalism, your understanding, and your kindness.??

Sandy helped us sell our condo in Clearwater area, which was a very tough market. She was very familiar with the area and helped us list for a reasonable price and it sold in 8 weeks (it took 6 weeks for the first showing). Sandy did great at negotiating with the seller's agent to get us a price we believed was very fair. Sandy also guided us through the purchase of a brand-new builder home in Ocala, FL, which she was not too familiar with the area but we had already chosen the neighborhood; she just helped us with the logistics/timing of the closing on the condo and closing of the new home. She explained all the paperwork and what needed signed between both transactions, which was very confusing to us. Sandy is a hard worker and will be there for you at every step. Thank you, Sandy, for all you did for us!!

We had an outstanding experience working with Tarin at 3 Ave Group. She made our home-buying process feel seamless and well-managed, and her attention to detail is exceptional - she truly knows how to make it happen. Tarin was always very quick to respond to our questions, kept us aware and on track, and guided us confidently from the initial search and showings through offer prep, negotiations, and closing. Her no-obligation local referrals were also fantastic and made the overall transaction even easier. Wed work with Tarin and her team again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her.

Bob Wilson is a great realtor he helped us purchase our condo in New Port Richey. I have worked with many realtors over the years but Bob is the best one I have ever met. He helped us even after we closed. He is the only realtor we will use from now on. If you need a realtor call Bob he is caring, understanding & will walk you thru every step of the way.
