ZillowVERIFIEDIve known Rob for about 20 years, but I still interviewed another Realtor before deciding who to list our home with. What stood out about the Rob Jensen Company was the elevated marketing and the fact that theres an entire team handling all the different pieces of the process. When you have showings, open houses, scheduling, and everything else going on, having a team makes a big difference. Communication was great from the beginning. Everybody was very professional, the setup was seamless, and scheduling was always easy. I work in real estate myself, so I understand how much goes into selling a home, and I thought the whole process was handled really well. We ended up getting a strong offer within the first week and closed 30 days later, so we were obviously very happy with the results. Beyond that, everyone was easy to work with. It was a serious process, but there was also a comfortable environment where everyone could enjoy it as much as possible. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend Rob and his team and would work with them again.

Our home search began on Zillow. We looked up some properties, did some research, then made appointments to meet with various real estate agents from different companies. When we met Adrianne from the Rob Jensen Company, we knew immediately that she was the person we wanted to work with. She was very educated and knowledgable about the area that we were looking into. She really understood what we wantedaEUR"sometimes better than we did. She did her research and saved us a lot of time looking into the right properties. Anytime we had a question, she knew the right answer. She was also very hands-on and responsive. Even when we couldnt get her on the phone, she would call back within ten minutes.Once we found the house we wanted, it came down to negotiation. While negotiating the repairs, we ran into a few frustrating obstacles. Adrianne and Rob remained helpful and patient. It was nice having experts there to advise us through the whole process so we didnt have to worry about anything. The whole time, we felt very comfortable and confident that we were making the right decisions.Overall, we never had the feeling that the company was trying to rush us into anything. Sometimes we spent all day looking at properties with Adrianne, but we never felt pressured to buy. It's obvious that the Rob Jensen Company doesnt try to make quick deals. They try to make the right deals. He has an excellent and competent staff and someone from their office came well in advance of each showing to prepare the home (which could take almost an hour to open all blinds and turn on all lights, pool waterfall, etc.) His stager did a superb job and the home sold in a relative soft market for unique, high-end estates. He communicated clearly every step of the way and when the first buyer's financing didn't come through, Jensen's office was ready with a good back-up buyer. This is a man of integrity that you can trust!

ZillowVERIFIED Rob was great. He has an in depth knowledge of the market in gated commmunities. He's thoroughly professional and his marketing materials are top notch. The only problem we had was his office staff dropped the ball a couple times, both of which were a drag. As for negotiation skills, we really didn't have that situation so I can't speak to that issue. All that said, if I were selling a house in a gated community in Las Vegas I wouldn't go with anyone else. I think he's got the competition beat.

I liked the interview with Rob (he showed up himself!) and went with him not really knowing that much about him and his company other than his "spiel" to me and the nice brochures that he sends out each month that I had been receiving in the mail.Anyway, the whole experience was excellent. Rob and his staff were honest, not pushy and very thorough and professional. He provided an appraisal for the house in order to determine its value to help set the list price, he offered a professional "stager" and decorator, he did excellent videos, photos and copy for his web site and brochures. The listing on the various websites was amazing. The pictures were gorgeous!He and his staff were very accessible and sensitive to my needs and wants communicating and working with me throughout the whole process. He didn't just throw the house on the MLS and wait for offers. In fact it took several weeks before we were "online" making sure that the house looked great and the brochures, pictures and videos were perfect.We sold the house at an excellent price within about a month even in a tough market and there were a bunch of showings from the getgo.Any issues, questions or problems I had both before and after the final offer were handled by Rob and his staff in an excellent and professional manner. The sale went smooth as silk.I really do recommend Rob Jensen Realty in all sincerity!

I am an out of towner who does not have much knowledge of the area. Rob "interviewed" me to fully understand my requirements and preferences. Then he and his staff were able to find properties that met my criteria, and I spend 2 days looking at homes. They were very courteous and very accommodating to my out of town schedule. They also provided me with independent, unbiased, and expert knowledge to help me make my selection. I went back for a second look at three homes before making my selection. Rob and his staff then helped me navigate a long and tedious short sale process. Again, they were patient with me, and they guided me the process and met all my requirements. I had some very critical and personal requirements including dates, which were hard especially in a short sale, but in the end, Rob and his staff proved that they know exactly what they were saying, and I was able to close the transaction successfully, meeting all my challenging requirements.In summary, Rob and his staff are knowledgable, friendly, patient, and delivered the results.
