A week into making the difficult decision to sell our home our son was injured and nearly killed. We spent the next month and a half in the hospital. Bob's concern and support during that time was very appreciated. His knowledge and expertise helped alleviate our concerns about the house so we could completely focus on the recovery of our son. Once our son was discharged he helped us through the selling process and helped us find a new home to rent. He responded promptly to every call, email and text - even when he was on vacation! As bumpy as short sales can be Bob took care of all the lender and buyer issues that came up. ZillowVERIFIED I found Bob as a result of non-satisfactory performance from a different Realtor. I knew what house I wanted but was out of the area, it came on the market for 3 days. Bob prepared an offer, e-mailed it to me within an hour, I had it back to him shortly after and it was submitted. Being the best offer, it was accepted by the bank, and the sale went through without any problems. The selling agent made the comment that he has NEVER had a bid package get accepted on the FIRST submission, without any corrections or additions or any other goofy request, before receiving one from Bob. If there is a short sale or REO, Bob Hertzog is one awesome agent to get the deal closed.
