The process in and of itself is stressful. Robert eases every ounce of that stress. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and a total advocate for his clients when he feels theyre being taken advantage of or disrespected. He will remind you time and time again that you are not buying a house. You are buying a HOME. And the way he handles his transactions reflect that belief completely. I have since referred him to my parents- and everyone else who mentions wanting to sell or buy because I trust him whole heartedly. And if it wasnt for him suggesting we look outside of the criteria that we thought we wanted in a house we would have never found our dream home! Robert was so amazing start to finish. We bought our home in 2017 and sold in 2019 for a huge profit thanks to Robert. He was there for us any time of the night or day. He makes his clients a priority and tries to answer all of their questions to the best of his ability. He has his clients best interest at heart and definitely does not care about the money. He made sure with both buying and selling that we were getting the best deal possible. He is hilarious and loves kids which made our buying and selling experience that much better! I had to sell my home from outside Las Vegas, and I had expected the process to be difficult and drawn out. Robert took care of everything - I really only had to give him my decisions/answers, and go over some details and strategy with him now and then, and he handled the rest. He was incredibly responsive and has a great attitude, and his knowledge of the area and processes made for a smooth sale. He is great at working with other agents and property management companies, and made sure to keep me in the loop and chase down the answers to any questions I had. I definitely felt like he was looking out for me and treating the home sale as if it was his own. I sold my house in a matter of months and for a price I am totally happy with, and well over what I expected! ZillowVERIFIED ***All First time home buyers*** Let me share with you a experience I had just recently with this Robert fellow. About a month ago my fiancA(C) was browsing Zillow and Trulia for nice homes that we would one day like to own. We came across a listing that seemed too good to be true and wanted to go see it. The next day we met with that listing agent and saw our dream home. She led me through the next steps I needed to complete in order to one day live in this wonderful home, including recommending a loan officer. As the days went by the loan officer that she suggested was subpar and it seemed that he didn't really want to do the extra steps to help me get my pre-approval letter. At that point I thought all was lost. Well I happened to remember seeing Robert Glaskin on Facebook and thought maybe getting a second opinion would make me feel better. Robert informed me that since he was not the listing agent for that property that he would not be able to help me as my current realtor had some kind of exclusive right to that home sale. Now, at that point you would think that Robert wouldn't have had any more involvement. WRONG. Robert went above and beyond and found me a better Mortgage Lender and reached out to them for me after I filled him in on my situation. I received a call the next day from his suggested lender and I had my pre-approval letter within a few days!!! Robert Glaskin is one hell of a stand up realtor. I do wish I could have had the pleasure of working with him throughout this process. I am almost done with the closing processes and NONE of it would have been possible without Robert Glaskin taking a extra step to help me even though he got nothing out of it! The professionals in the real estate business really need to take note of this mans selflessness. Most people wouldn't lift a finger if they didn't get something out of the deal. Robert is not like them i can only imagine how awesome he would have been as my realtor!! Thank you Robert for everything!!

When the mister and I began househunting, we only knew what we did and did not like in terms of appearance and not a whole lot else. Fortunately for us, Robert was able to not only show us homes that we could have scarcely dreamed of but also illuminated the path during the entire process. We were nervous and intimidated about the negotiating and figuring, but Robert took care of us and even negotiated a much lower sales price than we had even planned to pay.
