I could honestly go on and on about how wonderful Stephanie and the RoPax group are. Stephanie worked with us to sell our home in Southtown as well as find a home that fit our growing family. Having our home on the market while pregnant, working full time, and also having a two toddlers was one of the most stressful times of my life. I without a doubt could not have done it working with any other agent than Stephanie. Stephanie was amazingly kind and patient with me worrying we wouldnt find our perfect home before the baby arrived. Stephanies immense connections and hard work led us to so many gems. She showed us homes not just off public market but off market completely through her connections. She on many occasions attended home viewings without us to scope out the home for us. We never had to send her a listed home on Zillow because she was already on top of it based on our needs. Stephanie moved her schedule around for us, was constantly in communication, was patient, was honest and upfront with answers. I am so thankful!

Stephanie was AWESOME! We used another girl in her group ROPAX to buy, and she listed our home. She had us 17 viewings in 24-hours and an (almost) full-price offer within 36-hours that we took because it was a 20 day closing! She staged and kept us on track prepping.. no hesitation referring her over and over again!

Sarah was very helpful in the decision to buy a house. I originally thought I needed to rent, but it turned out with the things I needed in a house and my budget, it was smarter to buy. Sarah was able to get me a house that suited my size, area, commute and storage needs while staying well within my price range. The houses were selling after being on the market for just one day so it was hard to even look at one before going under contract. She was able to lock one down for me very quickly and she is a pleasure to work with!
