ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I moved from out of state and had an immense amount of questions and needs. Honestly, we had many challenges to overcome. Robert was gracious, informative and we always knew he was working on our behalf. Robert and team are go getters that remain professional yet aggressive. This combination is rare but very effective. We have now closed on not one but 2 properties with Robert and love where we live. Bottom line, I highly recommend Robert Dinan and intend on sending everyone I know to this outstanding team.

ZillowVERIFIED Robert went above and beyond to help us even with extra negotiations after the papers were signed. He went back to the seller and renegotiated with the seller to have him put a new roof on the property at a cost of $ 20,000.00 to the seller and only an added cost of $5,000.00 for us as the buyers that to me was the best negotiation I had ever seen. We were so amazed. Ron and Monika Leszkowicz

ZillowVERIFIED Steered me towards homes that I would appreciate . Excluded homes that he knew that I would not want. Robert always answered my phone calls and gave me useful information and steered me away undesirable homes.. Never was pushy.

ZillowVERIFIED INCREDIBLE! Robert is simply the best real estate broker I have worked with and I have never heard of anyone else who provides anything close to the ABOVE AND BEYOND service and expertise that Robert provided to us. We drove ourselves crazy changing what we were looking for over the course of a year and Robert never flinched ? he just listened to us and over and over again showed us opportunities that were what we said we wanted in a home. Then, he convinced us to go see a home that had just come on the market but was not exactly where we thought we wanted to be and BAM ? we immediately knew we found our Florida OASIS! Robert then masterfully negotiated our deal and held our hands through the ENTIRE process through closing. Now that we own our Florida home, we are happy to know that Robert and Rene are our friends and they are always welcome in our home!

ZillowVERIFIED Rob was absolutely essential in guiding us to find our dream home and a big reason we feel in love with Sarasota in the first place. His personal hosting skills, sensitivity to understanding what we wanted, and ability to navigate the housing market were extraordinary. Rob?s casual, professional and enthusiastic style made it a joy to work with him. We have repeatedly recommended his services to others. We started working with Rob when we planned to relocate to Florida from New Jersey. We looked in all FL regions and were not encouraged until Rob introduced us to Sarasota. Rob was fantastic at showing us the community first, from beaches to downtown, the arts, sports etc. He was a friendly, funny, smart, candid ambassador!!! Rob wisely told us to find the community we want to live in first, then we?ll look for a house. We shared our home preferences and price range and Rob expertly showed us options in all areas of Sarasota. He had a remarkable ability to show us only homes and areas that tracked to our interests. He never wasted our time or tried to steer us in any specific direction. He listened and worked hard. It felt like Rob was as excited to find us a home as we were! It was fun working with him. Rob was a thoughtful and objective guide in helping us decide the pro and con of our final home options. We decided to build a new home in Lakewood Ranch and Rob skillfully navigated us through the process and negotiated some financial incentives for us. We were thrilled to have a partner in Rob. We loved that Rob is invested in the community, not just selling property. Thankfully Rob has been a friend to us after we moved in and continues to help us integrate into wonderful Sarasota and Florida. Thanks Rob!

ZillowVERIFIED We got Rob?s name from a friend and I cannot think of a negative thing to say about him. From our first conversation until closing he was nothing but professional and detail oriented. When we first spoke we told him what our desires were and he consistently set us listings to review. When we visited Florida Rob gave us a first-hand tour of Sarasota and we visited many properties. We saw parts of Sarasota we were unaware of which made us love the city even more. Once we submitted a bid Rob and his team took over. He handled the negotiations expedited the contract and set up all the people we needed to make a seamless close. He orchestrated the title company, appraiser, inspector and insurance provider. He made buying a home from 1000+ miles away a simple stress free process. I cannot recommend him and his team more.

ZillowVERIFIED We?re looking to relocate and happened upon Robert. What a blessing he turned out to be. He was extremely patient with as we surveyed a number of homes. In addition to being super friendly, he was extremely knowledgeable of the areas and accommodations within the private communities we viewed. He Alyssa?s kept us within our price range and didn?t try to oversell us on anything. I recommend anyone in the area to look him up. He was great.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I met Robert at a trade show in CT while researching finding a home in a warmer climate. We had looked extensively on the East Coast of FL, but Robert gave us tremendous insight on Sarasota and the West Coast of FL. He was so enthusiastic that we flew down to meet him 2 months later, and had the benefit of touring Sarasota with Robert, who has a keen knowledge of the city, the surrounding areas, and all they have to offer. He is very personable and made a point to get to know us so he could focus on showing us homes in the type of neighborhood we were interested in. We found a home West of the Trail during our visit, put down a deposit, Robert arranged the inspection, and then we went home to pack up! A few key things had to be negotiated with the seller, and Robert and Michelle were very helpful in helping us complete the process from CT - they were very responsive and we felt confident that they had our best interest in mind every step of the way - which is so important when you are closing a deal from afar. We are very happy that we moved to SRQ and recommend Robert and his team to anyone searching for their perfect home on the Suncoast.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Robert Dinan when we were visiting Sarasota - Siesta Key last February (2020). He is very knowledgeable about the area. He worked with us while we were here for only a month. On the very last day we found a home we liked. He listens to his clients and works with them to find the home they are looking for. Over the next two months, he helped us negotiate and purchase the home we found. His team of bankers and settlement services made the purchase smooth and painless. The sale was completed all electronically and during the beginning of the COVID -19 pandemic. My hat is off to Robert Dinan and his team. Would recommend him to anyone especially if youre from out of town, to use him. He knows his stuff.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Robert Dinan to help you navigate through the process of findining your perfect home in Florida. My husband and I had a limited amount of time to look for a condo in Siesta Key. We searched on Zillow and Robert Dinan returned our call very quickly. He arranged for us to see the condos we choose to look at the very next morning. He was on time, knowedgable and professional. He has guided us through the buying terms of our condo and continues to update us on every detail. He is truly a professional and pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED We spent most of a day with Robert viewing properties in the Venice FL area. He was very knowledgeable about Venice and took the time to drive us around the town, out to the beach, and through several neighborhoods. In all ways he was personable and professional, easy to talk to, and helpful. I recommend him without hesitation as an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been considering a relocation to Florida. In my search I have been in contact with many real estate professionals throughout the state, including Mr. Dinan. Mr. Dinan has been the most helpful. I am impressed with his knowledge, timely response, consideration of my limited availability and honesty in providing information and followup. Im not sure to which area I will relocate, but if it is in an area he covers, he will be my real estate representative.

ZillowVERIFIED As a single woman trying to buy a house in a moderate price range, I needed the help of a trustworthy realtor to get me the best home possible needing as little repairs as possible. This was no easy task. Robert gave me his opinions on everything from potential problems to estimated costs of repairs. He met me on weekends and at night when he found something he thought I would be interested in. Once we found the right home, he negotiated an excellent price and put me in touch with an excellent mortgage broker and home inspector, and helped me through all of the paperwork, keeping in touch daily. I dont know what I would have done without him, and I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Robert showed my wife and I several homes in Osprey, Casey Key, and the Oaks Club. He is a consummate professional, and is extraordinarily knowledgeable about the homes in the area, including the actual value of homes based on condition, area, etc., regardless of what the seller is asking. We havent yet purchased a home, but we are narrowing down the search with Roberts expert assistance, and we will soon be ready to sign on the dotted line and purchase our vacation home.If you are looking for real estate in Florida, I cant recommend Robert enough because of his availability, knowledge, and non-pushy attitude that is so rare in a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Robert to anyone who is looking for an honest and hard working agent who will take the time to understand your wants and needs and then deliver. He takes his fiduciary responsibility to his clients seriously. Robert also is serious about his familial responsibilities and can seemlessly balance those with needs of the work-a-day world. We are amazed at the amount of hours and days he put into the purchase of our new home. Coming from out of state, the Florida market can seem daunting. However it was not at all thanks to Robert!
