Robert is straightforward, honest, knowledgeable, and professional. He made every process smooth for me, especially when dealing with co-ops, which anyone who has ever owned or lived in a co-op can tell you is not the easiest. I have trusted him and have recommended him to several people over the years and will continue to do so for years to come!

His Customer Service & his Realtor's skills helped me in selling my home in a reasonable time frame. They brought all offers to the table & discussed each with me before making a decision on whether or not to take the offer. I would highly recommend Robert without a doubt.

We were on a very strict timeline because we were expecting a baby, and Rob worked hard to find us our perfect home in the time we needed. He understood and respected our wants and needs. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and gave us great advice on the homes, areas and just everything! Working in the industry for a bit, his network of people is huge and was extremely helpful to us, whether it was with negotiations or for something like finding a good attorney. ZillowVERIFIED Rob is nice guy, smart agent, and brilliant mind all rolled into one. He was certainly accommodating and VERY knowledgeable about the areas my wife and I were interested in, along with the people and other agents we needed to deal with as our home hunt snow-balled from 'just looking'; to the day we were signing the commitment letters. He certainly takes the time and effort to make the interested buyer/seller feel at ease with the whole home buy experience. Never demanding, Rob was always patient enough to deal with every detail, every needs/wants and desires. Also, he's got a great sense of humor, as I've pushed his PC buttons on more than one occasion! My only negative criticism would be that the only time that Rob had forgotten and was late to hand over paperwork for my wife and I to sign, was the only document that would have entitled him to make his cut on the whole deal.. hahaha! In the end, Rob has this magic quality and charm that makes one feel like we met as strangers but walked away as life time friends and that he does all he could to make you-- his client, happy.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Robert through a friend of his that worked at my bank. I initially just walked into the bank to speak to someone about the process of buying into a co-op and what to do to get started. I mentioned that I was looking in Bay Ridge and they suggested Rob, they had known him for a long time and that he was a great neighborhood guy. I called Rob and he totally worked his magic. He sent me a list of properties in my price range & preferences. I did the pro's and con's of each listing and was able to see a handful immediately. He drove me around, showed me the neighborhood and all it had to offer. He took his time explaining all the stuff first time buyers need to know and let me know that he was working for me to find 'the one' however long it might take. After finally finding 'the one' (which happened to be the first listing I saw) he also gave me info for a lawyer if I needed too. He was always on call answering phone calls, e-mails and text messages, even when he had to go out of town for business, he kept in touch. I never had to wait long for a call back or response, he was on top of it. After all was said and done, 6 months later I am in a great apartment and looking forward to my first summer in Bay Ridge. I highly recommend Rob and have recommended him to others that are looking for their first home. Thanks again Rob!!!

Like you are putting yourself in the hands of a trusted family member. Someone who goes far and beyond the call of duty.
