Bob was an incredible help with the sale of my Mother's house. His expertise helped me in making decisions about listing price, negotiations, and what to expect during the whole selling process. In addition, his knowledge of all kinds of resources in the area helped me immensely in the process of clearing out and cleaning my Mother's house before we listed it.
