Robert listened to what we were looking for and presented less-known niche neighborhoods while transparently communicating their unique pros/cons. During this phase, Robert never tried to push submitting offers unless we were fully committed to the house. PURCHASING THE HOUSE: Robert was instrumental to coordinating the close schedule, and navigating obstacles that arose with prompt urgency. For example when finding home insurance was challenging due to insurers exiting the market, Robert gave us a few insurance contacts whom were actually competitive. Federal interest rate change?
