Review We are looking to relocate to the Fernley area and was pleasantly surprised by the service we are receiving from Mr. Herrera and his staff. They have taken our needs into account and haven't attempted (nor suggested) to show properties that would never fit our requirements, the overall knowledge of the surrounding areas is refreshing. We look forward to continuing our search with Mr. Herrera.

Review RC was recommended to me and half way through offers stopped returning my calls. I had to go around him and his answering service to contact the listing agent directly.

Review RC was an amazing Realtor in the process of buying my first home. He made the whole intimidating process much less scary then my girlfriend and I imagined. Our first day meeting him he showed us several (7?) homes within our budget. Once we picked the home we loved, RC went to work! He was able to open and close a contract in under a month! We cannot be happier with the whole process and if anyone is thinking of buying or selling a home, you have to contact RC Herrera.

Review R.C is amazing. He'll help you look for the home you want. Doesn't pressure you in anyway at all. He listens and he's respectful of your budget. He has a lot of expertise in the areas he is in. A lot of knowledge on the local area. R.C. helped me get the home I was looking for. Thank you RC.

Review Nothing but good can be said about our buying experience with R.C. As first time homebuyers we were overwhelmed at first but R.C. was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He showed us many different types of properties in many different locations to get us exactly what we wanted and in the end we did get exactly what we wanted. Not only did he help us pick the right house, but helped us negotiate an incredible deal and close quickly. I would highly recommend using R.C. to find your next home.

Review I was recommended to RC by a family member who had bought a home within the last year. As a first-time home buyer, the whole process was very new and terrifying to me. RC and his team did an incredible job of explaining everything to me and making me feel comfortable at the same time. Throughout the process, we kept constant communication about what was going on and RC was very transparent with me about everything. I was overall incredibly happy with my experience and would recommend RC to anyone who is in the market to buy a house.

Review R.C. was my realtor when I bought my house 11 years ago, and the experience was so great that when it came time to sell I immediately called him to help me once again. A real professional - I'd recommend him to anyone.

Review RC Herrera was ignorant to our request. Not only was he condescending but talk about a guy that can make you feel small about your budget. If you don't have $$ for down payment (cause that's what he ask first off) or interest in property over 160000 per say then forget it! Its fernley..Desert... Wake up call!!
