ZillowVERIFIED RC was an amazing Realtor in the process of buying my first home. He made the whole intimidating process much less scary then my girlfriend and I imagined. Our first day meeting him he showed us several (7?) homes within our budget. Once we picked the home we loved, RC went to work! He was able to open and close a contract in under a month! We cannot be happier with the whole process and if anyone is thinking of buying or selling a home, you have to contact RC Herrera.

ZillowVERIFIED RC Herrera was ignorant to our request. Not only was he condescending but talk about a guy that can make you feel small about your budget. If you don't have $$ for down payment (cause that's what he ask first off) or interest in property over 160000 per say then forget it! Its fernley..Desert... Wake up call!!
